Wendy's

I came in for lunch and John was working the counter. John made sure my order was prepared correctly and that I had everything I needed. My fries were made fresh and hand delivered to my table.

I don't think I've ever given 5 stars for a fast food place before, but this Wendy's deserved it! The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean in the dining area and rest rooms. Most importantly, the staff was super friendly. If you're in the area you won't be disappointed stopping here!!

John at the front counter is an awesome guy!!! Very nice and took care of us. You can tell he loves his job and I think this man deserves a raise!!!!

John made this experience the best I've ever had at a Wendy's. He greeted me immediately upon walking in and was so fun and nice. The inside was very clean and the food was fresh! I will be sure to stop in here every time I can!

Excellent experience, great hot food and cold frosties! It doesn't get any better than this! John in the lobby is the perfect host. Go there you won't be disappointed. It's more than just a Wendy's, it's an experience!

I can't believe I'm writing a 5 star review for Wendy's. LOL I ordered the chicken salad and my hubby ordered a burger meal. Both were good. However it's not the food that deserves the 5 stars. It's the employees. The guy who took our order clearly retired a while ago but decided to come back to work. He was a hoot. He talked to everyone and was so funny. The other staff seemed nice too. Everyone was just in a good mood. Not at all what we expected when we stopped for a quick lunch.

When we walked through the door and we were greeted with a smile by John at the front register. Our food came out quickly hot and correct. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms! John was sure to stop by everyone's table before they left to make sure we were all satisfied with our dining experience. Wendy's definitely needs a John in every restaurant! He's the best!

The food was really good and the people are great there. They know me and my family, and they treat us like family. The price isn't bad either. If you're a regular customer there, they pretty much already know what you're going to order. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that needs a quick fix meal.

By far the best fast food experience myself and my girlfriend have ever had. John, our server was fantastic, he went well above and beyond to make sure we (and all other guests in the lobby) were accounted for and happy, by far will be recommending coming here again to others. I went here a couple months ago and the service was decent, but the food quality was subpar. Since then, the food has improved to near perfect, and the staff is wonderful! Will definitely be coming again.

So I don't remember which one I went to but was coming home from the mountains and was so hungry it was ridiculous. They had for some reason a long 8 minute wait on chicken at late night. But again I was about to chew the steering wheel. But as we left I bit into that juicy spicy delectable crispy chicken sandwich. And my cup of chili was hot and spicy plus full of flavor. It was the best Wendy's I've ever had. Believe it.

Good food and it was nice and hot.

I can't remember the last time I had the level of service that I received at the Wendy's yesterday. The food was good and the gentleman named John that helped us was amazing! Be sure you stop by and say hello to him, he is taking the customer service to a whole new level at this Wendy's and I will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Robbinsville.

My husband and I visited today around 5pm. My husband went inside to order and discovered only 1 cook and prep person. One is pregnant. There was one person working with a headset on for the counter and the drive thru. My husband could see they were truly exhausted already and told them he could see they were short staffed and not to hurry. Please, hire some folks to help them. You are working those young people too hard. Also, they were ALL quite professional, speedy for sure, and our food was delicious. Thank you not to the franchisee but to the employees. Kudos to Wendy's of Robbinsville NC. You DO deserve a raise.

I’m giving Wendy’s a FIVE STAR rating when you bring natural Southern Hospitality to your customers even if it is just a fast food joint like Wendy’s… It’s little things like this that we had back home up in MA. BIG KUDOS to John and his staff for making everyone feel at “home”.

Please realize that your site is occupied by far more memorable experiences than restaurants.

I wish any Wendy's in charlotte was half as awesome as this one! The drive thru line was crazy, but these ladies knocked it out of the park! Food came out quick and they made absolutely sure we were satisfied and everything was right. Heck yes!!!

Best burger and fries I have ever had at Wendy's fresh hot and it was delicious! Thank you to the staff that served us! They should all be as good as yours! Great job!
