Excellent service

This is the best Hospice.

I have used this company once for a ride and I really enjoyed the driver! He made sure I got to my destination on time and he picked me up in a timely manner. But ever since then I’ve been trying to use this company and it’s always something with them! I’ve called way ahead of time and they said they could honor my ride and I even called yesterday to make sure that my driver was requested and she told me that it was! But here today I get told that they didn’t honor my ride! This isn’t how you do business PERIOD!!! 😡😡😡😡

This is the worst transportation service that I’ve ever dealt with. It’s obvious that this company does not care that people have important medical appointments they they need to get to, and it’s not always easy or convenient to cancel and reschedule.

I made round trip travel arrangements through the Medicaid Transportation company and had my arrangements confirmed. NORTH YALOBUSHA

CARE INC canceled without giving me any reason or notice. I then rescheduled, was confirmed again, and was canceled again just moment before I was supposed to be picked up for my appointment. It’s not right, and it’s not fair. I’m devastated because I needed to be at this appointment because I’m scheduled for surgery.

I never want to be in the hands of this company again!! This may not change anything, but the public should know that this company is not reliable or dependable.
