I have suffered from chronic migraine for most of my life.... After reading reviews I was concerned about my appt with this office/staff/doctor....I was treated very professional by all staff and physician. I have positive hope of having some quality of life now. Thanks to this group.

The NICEST doctor and a wonderful front staff! I’ve been going up her for 4 years now. They are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.

Dr Demattos takes time, explains thoroughly all processes and procedures...highly recommend!

I don't have review comments for Dr. Demattos, except to say in the one visit I had she was professional and seemed competent and interested. However, the office staff (in my opinion) lacked customer service skills did not respond back in a timely manner. I would not be surprised to learn they are family members of doctors. The office also felt like something out of the 1980s -- old tables, instruments, torn chairs, etc. Others may have had a better experience.

I made a mistake in the beginning of seeing dr. Demottos. I took some ones word for it, but I later looked up her rating and it is definitely not good enough for a doctor. She seems to be set on pushing drugs, carbidota/levodopa that didn’t help me at all. It actually made me nauseous and lightheaded ( dizzy) and made me constipated and unable to urinate to a point that it was very painful. That was the worse pain I can remember ever having. She just didn’t seem to have all the data on that drug because I tried to tell her that it made me constipated. She said it was the Parkinson’s that did it. I checked online and found that every article had that listed in bold letters that it makes one constipated. I’m transferring to another doctor.

When they drop your insurance even when they know about it over a month ahead they do not notify you so you can find one within your network. They will charge you when you show up for a appointment and if you don't want to pay then you have to pay a cancelation fee because it is less then 24 hrs. Sounds highly suspect if not illegal have turned them into idaho attorney general. Contacted nez perce prosecutors office and idaho medical board.

Not caring. My husband needs a medication to cope with his chronic migraines (a consequence of brain damage from combated related injuries...he is a 100% disabled veteran). Without any forewarning or time to help us find a backup plan, we got a call from her office telling us they would no longer service us because Dr. Demattos does not want to work with VA insurance. Now, we are struggling to find someone we can continue supplying the medication my husband NEEDS! I am appalled at the lack of respect, however when you miss an appointment or tell too late, you are charged fees! How is that ethical???

Horrible Experience with receptionist. Do not visit this clinic. Save some pain and seek treatment elsewhere.
