Dr. Jeff Burry

One of the few doctors who know how to treat patients with Eagle Syndrome. Definitely saved me. And both he and his staff and the hospital staff were all amazing and caring people.

He removed skin cancer and have had several visits over the past few years. Excellent help from Dr. Burry

Dr Burry was very dismissive, condescending, and arrogant he did not take the time to listen to what the problem was he belittled my wife and her symptoms and was not able to read a CT scan properly. It was a complete waste of our time .
We went to Pullman, and they addressed the issue. They were very kind and recommended immediate surgery.

Dr. Burry does NOT listen to his patients. I explained my symptoms and he immediately decided I needed a hearing test! I told him what I was experiencing but he didn't listen to me. He was very arrogant when I questioned him about his diagnosis. Of course, my hearing is not good right now because my head feels like I'm underwater, and a lot of pressure and ringing in my ears. I learned I have eustachian tube dysfunction - but not from him! Granted, only 1 percent of adults have ETD but he's supposed to be a specialist. He didn't help me at all. His staff is very nice but he is not. I would give him a minus 5 if I could. I do not recommend anyone going to this place.

He just doesn’t listen to what the patient says nor is he a friendly individual. I’d recommend ENTs outside of the valley.

Horrible Patient Service. Strongly suggest people looking for ENT outside of the LC Valley. No answers and no desire to help patient find out problem.
