We had a great experience here. I had to bring my daughter in and she was very nervous. Jade and Megan took care of her and they were so nice. They both made her feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilty was clean and we didn't have to wait. The service was fast and efficient. I'm very pleased with the care my daughter received and would definitely go again.

Been here multiple times for me or my child. So much better than Atrium. I have never waited long. They all are super nice and knowledgeable. Will continue to come here over atrium urgent care.

I really like Dr. Love. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say. She seems like time is nothing if you have a problem. She has helped me out so much. I think her for every thing she has done to try and help me. I have a lot going on and on a lot of meds. She sends me where to go for testing to doing testing at my home. Thank you for doing all of this stuff for me.

I have not had any good experiences at a doctor's office until I met Dr. Dagenhart. She has managed to change my negative views of doctors into a positive one. Dr. Dagenhart is the type of doctor that truly listens to her patients and not just silently reads your chart, and blood work and gives recommendations and walks out. She actually goes over all the results from the blood work and makes sure you understand completely about what the results mean. She is not one of those doctors that leaves you in a room for a long time and then rushes the office visits. She is someone who truly cares about her patients and their well-being. She has a wonderful attitude and is very compassionate about her job and it shows through the way she treats her patients. I have recommended her to a couple of my family members and they both were amazed by her attitude, professionalism, and compassion. I would recommend Dr. Dagenhart to anyone who is looking for a doctor that cares about your health mentally and physically. Not only is Dr. Dagenhart wonderful, the entire staff is great also. The atmosphere or environment in the office is a positive one. From the time you walk in the door you are treated with respect and kindness, and I think that speaks volumes, because a doctor is a reflection of their staff. Thanks to Dr. Dagenhart and staff I can feel good about going to the doctor's office again.

My first time seeing doctor Carrie was amazing!! I literally felt like I sat down for a chat with an old life time friend. She is absolutely the sweetest most personable doctor I have even been to. Most doctors don't even look at you while you talk and just scribble down notes hurrying you through the appointment, not her! She was very understanding and caring. Even took the time to ask how I was getting along with my family. Most doctors couldn't care less. I was nervous going in but after meeting her felt I could trust her and tell her anything. Because of her I won't wait until I have to go to the doctor, I will actually look forward to meeting with her again and having her care for me even more. Such a sweet woman!

Friendly and compassionate. I had a dental abscess that I couldn't afford to have pulled at the time, staff actually recommended a place that accepts my insurance. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

My experience at Caromont has been wonderful! My whole family see's Doctor Pithwa. We love the attention and care that she gives us and her interest to learn more about how to better assist her patients. I will say the office is alittle under staffed but they are trying to improve and fix their glitches. The entire office gets a big thumbs up from us , as we all know it takes a team to have a successful business.

Got my mom into the new location and she loved it!!! Dr Dagenhart did great with her and listened to what she had to say!!!!

Appointment at 10:30. Still waiting as of 12:16. Only 2 people in waiting area when I arrived. No one to explain or keep communication open regarding my appointment. Ridiculous
