John Cole's Plumbing Professionals

I have been using John Cole Plumbing for a number of years. In my opinion they are outstanding in responsiveness, professionalism, and explaining the problem(s) they are addressing. And their pricing is reasonable. Whenever, I have a plumbing problem, they are my go to company. Oh, and by the way, they never have me wait for days for a service call.

I have used Cole's Plumbing numerous times since moving here in 2011. They never disappoint! Most times, I get a service call within 24 hours, at a fair price. Their reps are always polite, professional and proficient. Highly recommend John Cole's for all your plumbing needs.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing. We were last minute and replacing flooring when a leak was discovered. They fit us in and the young man, Clay, who came out was kind, professional and efficient. Took care of our issue completely .I would recommend this company to anyone for any plumbing needs. And the office staff and scheduling were also great to deal with. Awesome company!

in today's world customer service is not a given. However, I've had a terrific experience with John Cole's Plumbing recently. A clogged toilet required a visit last week from one of their plumbers. Trouble solved. The next week, after hosting a lot of guests, the plumber had to return. The difficulty appeared to require much more than a simple augering. The plumber, Jeremiah, diligently pursued any number of issues that could have been the problem. To confirm, he checked with Mr. Cole and had the supervisor Sam come out to confirm his detections. The city had to be called because their sewer line was involved.
Every step in the process was explained to me, and I had such confidence in the approach of all personnel from Cole's.

Jeremiah was knowledgeable, industrious, and polite. It is apparent that Cole's does an outstanding job in training personnel in their craft and in customer service. I am most appreciative of the service and experience I had with this company and highly recommend them.

Great service from John Cole’s Plumbing Professionals! Made a call when we realized we had a leaking water heater & they were able to replace the same day. During the replacement, a couple of issues were noted with the original installation and corrected to prevent future problems. My son wanted to watch and the technician was friendly & let him “help” which made his day! All around fantastic experience!

I was extremely impressed by this company. We had a minor plumbing issue on Sunday, that I knew could wait until Monday. This plumbing company happen to be at my neighbors for an emergency. When he finished up next door, at my request, he checked our issue. He did not have the part, but took the information and on Monday, during regular business hours he was back to repair my plumbing issue. The plumber was extremely professional, explained in detail what he did, the company warranty on their products, etc. I want to thank John Cole's Plumbing for the quick response and their very professional employees.

I've known Mr. and Mrs. Cole for over 40 years and know them both to be good hard working people. We have used them in the past and recently with a water leak under our home that was found during our annual termite inspection. I placed a call to John Cole's Plumbing Professionals and was greeted by a young lady who asked the right questions and didn't try to push any un-needed services of her company. She said a service tech would come to fix our problem the next day. She also stated that she would contact me with a time (not an estimated time, but a time within 15 to 30 minutes) of his arrival. Sure enough, the next day she called and said her service tech was on the way and would be there in about 20 minutes. I didn't have to be here since it was under the house that day, so when I came home from work, the well was turned back on and from that point I knew our leak was repaired. I appreciate the promptness of the service tech, the professionalism of the secretary (I hope in todays standards, that's what they go by?) who answered the phone and as I mentioned above, she didn't push any other service that I didn't need. Hopefully I won't need to call them in the future, but when I'm in need of a plumber, I will continue to use John Cole's Plumbing Professionals. They are 5 stars in my book

I’m so grateful for John Cole Plumbing! We had a serious water leak and couldn’t find the source but Austin and Jeremiah showed up eager to help! They found the broken water line quickly and we had water flowing again!! I will definitely call them in the future.

We had an emergency - the outdoor faucet broke and was pouring water into the crawl space - over Christmas. I made one phone call and the faucet was replaced before I could even call back to see how long we would have to wait. Thank you so much!

Delan convinced us to install a recirculating pump rather than a $5,000, On Demand Tankless System. We had a cold water issue having expensive city water being wasted, waiting a very long time for the hot water getting to the shower at the back of the house. They installed it yesterday and we now have instant hot water at every hot faucet in the house. It was a reasonable price, much less than the tankless, and we are happy every time we turn on a hot water faucet now.

Just WOW. Arrived home after driving 11 hours to a broken water valve. Was late so we called this morning around 7:30. Jeremiah came around 10:30 and put a different valve in and we had water by early afternoon. Jeremiah was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I have used John Cole's plumbing for several issues in my home (some easy and some rather complicated). I am always pleased with the professionalism of their plumbers. They respect my home and do excellent work. I wont use any other plumbing company. Highly recommend them!

Yesterday (Sunday) we discovered that our hot water heater in the crawl space below the house had sprung a serious leak. My husband called John Cole Plumbing and spoke to Tara who arranged to have someone at our house as soon as possible. Marcus showed up and installed a new hot water heater. The whole incident took a little over 2 hrs. We are so grateful (and impressed) with the quick service and professionalism of John Cole employees! THANK YOU!

Installers were great. Both gentlemen were very nice cordial and got the work done and a very short amount of time cleaned up after themselves, we use them again.

Tony reviewed the project and the office sent us a professional and detailed quote. This included running water and sewer lines for a new half bath. Tony arrived as scheduled and completed the work as proposed. He is friendly, efficient and professional. We will definitely be using Tony and John Cole Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

My whole experience was nothing short of fantastic. I needed to have my dishwasher replaced and knew the wiring was older so I wasn't messing with it. Booking was super easy, Brenda got me scheduled within a few minutes, on the day of the appointment McKenzie called and let me know the tech was running a few minutes behind. The tech (Dan) was super polite when he arrived, he introduced himself, made some small talk, asked a few questions to confirm what I wanted and how I wanted it installed and went to work with no dillydallying. Between my dog and my child I'm not sure how he kept his concentration as both were super curious, but Dan kept his professionalism and talked to them both very kindly. The install was smooth and the pricing was good for the quality of work I got.

Great service. The employee who fixed our problem was professional and knowledgeable. He got right to work and he fixed a problem that two other plumbing companies couldn’t resolve. I’d recommend John Cole plumbing to anyone.
