I LOVE THIS GYM! I’ve never in my life stuck with a workout program like I have here. The people make you want to come back everyday. We are family here and the trainers go out of their to make sure that every single person feels important. The way they push you makes me work harder than I ever have and the workouts are hard but also fun because you’re surrounded by such a great group. The owners have done everything they can to build a great fit family and it shows by the positivity in the trainers and every member. You will never walk in and not be told hello by at least a few people and you will never feel judged if you have to ask for help or modify something. I just cannot say enough good things about this place and am SO HAPPY I have found my forever fit fam!

You can come to workout and truly feel like you are with your people here! You are greeted by name every time you walk in, you are made to feel comfortable learning the exercises, and you will be pushed to achieve your goals! Great for any level. I burn more in 30 minutes than I ever do at the gym by myself for an hour. Definitely recommend!!

Katy Jones is one of the best instructors around, she is so encouraging and will make you fall in love with yoga no matter what level your practice is on. All the instructors are great, and I love the convenient times of the classes. Love this place.

Deer Creek CrossFit is a very fun, welcoming gym with amazing programming. They offer classes for all ages and all fitness levels, and everyone is very warm and inviting. Head coach Kevin Malahy has extensive knowledge from nutrition to physiology and is extremely passionate about what he does. I am proud to call this my home gym.

I am new to yoga and so glad I found YogaVerve. Every instructor I have practiced with is so helpful and has made me fall in love with yoga. I would recommend YogaVerve to anyone and everyone! Very convenient class times ranging from early, early morning to after dark!

If you are looking for a gym that welcomes you from day one and continues to push you each day, then this is the gym for you. I haven’t found a gym that I actually loved until I found DCFBBC. I highly recommend checking them out, you won’t regret it.

Tyson and Brooke, both of them, make even the pain (almost) fun. They keep you moving and improving. They know it's not always about what's on the scale or on the paper that measures progress. Sometimes, just being there is progress. They'll make sure you have fun while you work and the encouragement never stops!
