A&W Restaurant

I don't generally leave restaurant reviews, but the staff here were so delightful that it deserved some praise! The food was all delicious and fresh, and the folks behind the counter were so kind and friendly. They provided quick and polite service, they doted on our kids, they checked in to make sure we enjoyed the food...I don't think I've ever had such notably great service at a fast food place before! Definitely stop by and enjoy their hospitality next time you're driving through Tonkawa!

This is the cleanest, best tasting A&W I've ever been to! The staff was very friendly n outgoing. The food was perfect, everything was cooked the way we ordered it n came to our table hot! We enjoyed sitting n eating at this establishment n will definitely be back when we come thru here again! Thank you to the entire staff tonight for making us truckers feel welcome!

We came for a small snack and Root beer floats. Cheese curds were perfect pairing for the floats. We also got fries. The service was super awesome. The staff did a great job and should be commended.
When in the area again we will probably stop in.

Not many places you go these days have good service but this place? These people were beyond helpful! We are traveling and just left. The entire crew was top notch. What a refreshing experience

Always loved A&W, really good food and of course the world famous Root Beer floats are there die for!!! They were very short staffed but the food is worth the wait. I'll always go to A&W when I'm given the opportunity to.

Hotdog and root beer were fantastic. All beef. Staff was amazing. Best a&w in all the states, buy far.

Clean quick service which is important for cdl drivers. But important to me. I didn't feel like just a transaction. They made the experience seem personal and fun.

My husband and I are truck drivers and when we can we often stop here. The food is always hot and delicious and the staff is so friendly! The prices are great too especially they’re deals throughout the week. We always look forward to coming here!

Best mushroom burger ever !! Awesome people. 2 hour drive for a burger for me and damn sure worth it !!!!!!! 🤘🤘🤘

Decided to try out for a spur of the moment date night. Food was fresh, cheese curds, delicious. And the Root Beer, amazing. The young lady at the register was so sweet and helpful. Definitely will be returning.

I realize a lot of fast food burger joints just slap burgers together and make them look very unappetizing, but the fellows working the counter today took time to put some precision in my burger. I really appreciated it.

The food is OKI mean it's better than anything else At an intersection at the interstate. What really stood out to me was their customer service I came through at 10:30 p.m. they closed at 10 which I was unaware of the lady who answered the speaker said in a nicest voice however I do appreciate you choosing a and W restaurants I regret to inform you that we close to 10 o'clock best reply I could have got over the speaker I was about to be mad but she was so nice that I went ahead and gave her a 5 star review

You know they are great. But that rootbeer I had to get a float. Ahh

Perky young man cashiering made the stop TOTALLY worth it! Laughed more in the 10 minutes we were there than I did the rest of the day put together. Food was awesome too.

I have always had great friendly service at this location but the rest of the truck stop it is in is not very clean especially the restrooms which are not part of A&W

Great customer service and food was amazing. Javier is good at helping me. Chose a meal i was super satisfied with very polite ended up getting a coney cheese dog and a #1 papa burger.

Jannon was soo pleasant and was fast and productive. Haven't had much luck with a and w in the past but she reassured that they worked differently and efficiently
