UPDATE: I just moved out of my unit due to an out-of-state move. During the 4 months that I used Morningstar, I always had great experiences with customer service, and never had a single issue with my unit. All of my stored belongings were in great condition upon moving-out, and they didn't ever have a musky smell or any damage, even amidst the terrible weather we had. I would highly recommend using Morningstar to anyone!! :)

I'm a new renter, but so far the customer service has been great! I had no problems getting into my unit, and was also assigned a super convenient location. I'll also note that they provide you with at least 3 back-up keys for the storage lock. I'm sure that will come in handy eventually. :)

We needed to find a place quickly to store my mother-in-law's apartment while we moved her to another facility. MorningStar is very convenient for us and Lindsay helped us tremendously. It was so easy to get what we needed. I highly recommend this facility.

The process of renting a space went smoothly and fast. The lady on duty explained everything in great detail. She met me at the unit and showed me how the lock worked since that was included with the unit. I found the unit to be very clean and dry - ready for immediate use. The property appears to be very safe and secure. I can recommend this business without reservation.

Exceptional & efficient service. Delano covered every base to ensure I had the best options available for my storage needs and I was able to get a head start moving in immediately. The property is tidy, easily accessible and secure. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. You can even stop by Sonic next door and grab a drink after a busy day of unloading.

Kristin is wonderful to work with she takes pride in her work. She truly cares about the community she works in. We are honored to have this location as one of our Food donation locations. Kristin and Delano are a great team. The way they interact with the customers is refreshing.

Very friendly staff! Comparable pricing, easy access but the BEST part is free use of the 16 ft. box truck, just by reserving it! Plus they carry supplies and boxes. The property is well maintained and no trash on the grounds.
Access to your belongings 24/7, and the office is open 7 days a week. Love Morningstar!

The best storage facility I’ve ever used. The staff is helpful, courteous and professional. The property itself is designed for water drainage in case there are ever high waters from rain and the storage sizes are ample and priced competitively.

Soooooo i love morningstar. At this location though if u have had the pleasure of meeting the manager lindsey then u know sweet and professional. No matter what they always make me feel like im more then dollar signs. I usually just deal with lindsey though. They always work with me knowing im always late. If i need to move something they make sure i get it done. Last when i was going thru a abusive divorce they watched and made sure i was safe. Thanks morningstar for not being like the others and lindsey u just keep being u girl.....because u rock!!!

This was the best storage ever better than public storage better than even the U-Haul service the truck rental everything is included in the price is this is the best because it helps single moms if you're a single mom and you're trying to move or get away from an ex-spouse on abusive spouse this is the best storage place ever because they really help you is they're not trying to rip you off there not like public storage charge a big fine or big fee for locks and everything this storage is so great I was floored with everything the service is great the people are wonderful the storage rooms are huge the price is unbelievable I would recommend this place to anyone

Fantastically easy to get in and out of the space and the woman in the office was as helpful and polite as possible! Might seem pricey but the customer service is outstanding
