Renting a storage unit was easy to do. I started moving my things in the next day. There was a lock available and ready at the unit. There wasn’t much I needed to do other than sign the paperwork. The units looked clean and well-cared for.

The customer service is 10/10. I spoke with Heidi (I think) over the phone. She was located off site but was so incredibly helpful with getting my unit reserved over the phone and for the best price. When we arrived, we were promptly and very politely greeted by Adam who made sure we were all set before getting into our unit. Both employees were excellent to work it. The facility was very clean and neat starting from the main building, through the lot, and in the unit. I am very happy we found this place (:

Top notch customer service; the kind that makes an individual feel valued! All the employees were fantastic, the facility was clean, including the office, units, and the grounds. It was a pleasure doing business, a sentiment I haven't experienced in a very long time.

So far so good! The two employees I have interacted with have been very polite and have answered all of my questions confidently. The facility appears to be maintained much better than the competition down the road. No complaints here!

Great customer service, awesome candy and a warm and inviting atmosphere! Did you know they provide free donuts and the coffee the Saturday of every month? This is your place to rent space and rent a truck!!!

This is a great place to store your extra stuff you can't fit at your home. I needed a second unit for about a month, no problem! Adam help me in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place, I've been a customer since 2021.

When I began searching for a storage unit, I found the entire experience with Storage Express to be far superior to the rest of the companies I contacted. This is true from the website presentation, the ability to reserve a unit online to the prompt follow up by the Assistant Manager, Adam. He was extremely polite, respectful and certainly knew how to do his job well. Very positive experience. Thus, I rented two units!

I highly recommend Advantage Storage in Edmond. I actually ended up getting storage units at a different place, but only because the location was much more convenient for my needs. However, I was so impressed with their willingness to work with me and help me out when I was in a tight spot that I wanted to add this review. In my search for storage in OKC/Edmond, I found that the prices aren't vastly different, so what really matters is customer service and this place is fantastic for that.

Advantage Storage is great! It's a clean and secure storage unit, but it's the staff that sets it apart. They were super helpful when I moved in, even coming in after hours to help get my gate code activated, and they were more than accommodating when I moved out. I definitely recommend using their services!

Recently rented a 10x 5 unit . The manager Wendi is super knowledgeable on both storage and truck rentals. The facility is kept really clean - including the outside perimeter which really sets a great first impression . Wendi sets clear expectations over pricing and also took time to right size me into the right unit based on my needs. Overall great customer service and a storage renting experience.
