This humble restaurant's exterior belies the enchanting and memorable dishes that await you in Hugo, OK. Who would have known that such a fine dining experience would be located in this small town? No, the interior is not posh, but it is cheerful, comfortable and bright. Nor do they have appointments such as cloth napkins, fine China, silver and crystal. What they do have is impeccable service and finely crafted, delectable food served properly, with generous portions conveyed on modest tableware. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Our waiter was jovial, entertaining, and attentive to our needs. This place is worth a drive.

This place is delicious! Stopped in for lunch and didn’t break the bank. I got the pasta sampler 8/10 and my boyfriend got the baked ziti 10/10. We had excellent service and didn’t have to wait long. The lunch special comes with bread, salad, and of corse pasta. Definitely try this place when your in town you won’t be disappointed!

Never disappoints! The best Italian food EVER! We drive up from south Texas and ALWAYS try to eat at Romas. It's one of the highlights of our trip! The only problem is trying to decide what to order, because EVERYTHING is DELICIOUS!!

This restaurant is a great place where I will go again. We were 3 persons, were served very quickly and the waitress was very nice. Each one of us took something different and everyone found it very good. My plate was so good, a lot of shrimps, scallops, etc not just one or two. Big portion, bring back half of it home and had a delicious lunch the day after.

If you go for no other reason, go for that bread. Everything is very authentically Italian and definitely delicious prices are reasonable for Italian food, which always seems to be a little higher than other restaurants, but definitely worth it and not unreasonable in any way. Very friendly and extremely quick service. It's a little cold inside since it was winter when I went here, but if it was summer it'd probably be welcome to cool off.

Love this place! Authentic Italian food. Our waitress Megan was absolutely amazing!!! She’s part of the 5 star, not just the food. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to any one looking for home cooked Italian food and welcoming service. A+ y’all

I am from St. Louis originally, so when I moved here over twenty years ago, I despaired of ever having truly good Italian food again. I tried several places in the region, but nothing quite met my standards.

Then Roma came to Hugo, and I was pleasantly surprised. Their food is delicious, authentic, and well-prepared. I can't recommend just one item as everything is delightful. The side salad does lack something, but the House dressing is quite good. You're going to have lovely bread and such generous portions you won't care.

It's a popular place that can get rather loud during peak hours, but the music is not, so non-peak dining is family-friendly as well as reasonably quiet. Dress is casual to just-came-from-working-outside. In other words, don't worry about it. You will enjoy it, and if something is a little off, the owner is generally around and he will go out of his way to make you happy.

Authentic Italian food and the best I've ever had! That's says a lot since I grew up in an Italian family with great Italian cooks. The service was prompt but unintrusive, and our waiter was charming but not overly so. 4 stars on the atmosphere only because the booth we sat in had a seat needing repair. Otherwise, it was charming with a recording of Dean Martin singing Italian songs softly in the background. The food was amazingly good. Our local guide said there isn't anything they serve that isn’t delicious.

This place was amazing... We where it town for a visit and I'm glad we picked Italian. We had a party of 8. Everyone left happy and full.

If you are ever in Hugo & want the best food for the best price, GO HERE!! Wow is all I can say. Even on a busy Sunday afternoon crowd, we were still seated right away & the staff were very nice. I had looked at the reviews on here before we went & showed the owner a pic of what I wanted, as it didn't have the description listed. He said it was no longer on the menu, but that they could make it for me ! The portions were huge. My guy got the lobster ravioli & couldn't eat more than half the plate. They didn't skimp on scallions either! The artichoke hearts & other veggies in my pasta were so incredibly tender. We're both stuffed & probably still have 2 meals worth of leftovers! Pricing was great. 10/10 stars from us! We will definitely be back. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!!

From the food, service and place it's all was great. The service was amazing the waiter made sure we had everything we needed and made sure our cups didn't go halfway down to refill or ask if we needed a refill. The food was delicious, served hot and tasty 😋. The atmosphere here is good as well. If you haven't stopped in it's for sure worth it!!!

Great rolls, Italian dressing. I definitely recommend the pasta sampler and the lasagna was perfect.
