Hugo Tag Office

I’m so glad they opened again. Corrina is the best, so helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Depending on what the customer needs determines how long the wait will be. No two things take the same amount of time, I would rather have the wait and assure that it’s done properly. I’m thankful for the professionalism!

This place is a lot better than it used to be the people are a lot nicer and then now take debit and credit cards checks or cash and they also have a ATM

I already forgot the lady's name who helped me but she was a mature woman with blonde hair. She was awesome! I've never had such quick and helpful customer service at a tag office before.

We have to answer busy phones while working with customers, so please be patient.

Hard to get ahold of

I wish I could give this place a negative star review. Unbelievable. Honestly they should not had even opened back up. The wait was bad before they closed but it's awful now. My husband had to go for a DL. Nothing more... sat in the parking lot waiting on him for over and hour and a half. Like I said, Unbelievable.

Don't waste your time. In their exact words "You're better off going to antlers or valliant" sat and waited for almost an hour and when it was my turn to be helped they told me they was to busy to be helped.

What a joke
