Great service! Always finds convenient appointment times. I'm always greeted promptly by a service advisor who is interested in addressing my concerns. The services as completed on time, correctly and priced appropriately. Great place, great people. I buy cars based on the service a dealer provides for the life of the car. That's why I'm still an Eskridge customer 32 years after purchasing my first Honda.

Had an appointment for a 100,000 mile services and Joey greeted me upon driving in. I had a few questions, and he was helpful in answering all my questions. He stated it would take about 4 to 5 hours to do. He then continued to offer me a loaner and that I could pick up my vehicle the following day.

Would highly recommend Eskridge Honda! The first time I took my Honda Pilot to them, I spoke with Joey in the Maintenance Service Center. He helped with getting the issue resolved. Since then, anytime I have had questions about my vehicle, needed repairs and/or scheduled maintenance, I have contacted Joey. Joey has always been professional, courteous and has my vehicle ready in a timely manner.

The team took great care to see that my vehicle was repaired. I was provided a rental during the repairs. Service associate Josh was the shining star keeping me posted about my vehicle and the process stress free.

I would like to commend the Eskridge family for excellent service in maintaining our CRV and Accord. They have earned my trust ! Always courteous and excellent in service! I will continue to use them for sales as well as the servic after the sale ! A special shout out to Russ Wood !!! Very courteous and knowledgeable!!!

It was easy to make an appt for oil change when I needed it. I arrived 10 mins early & Joey got me right in. He was friendly & courteous. I recommend eskridge for your service needs. I can’t wait for when they move into their new location.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was explained what was going to need to be done and how long it would take. Therefore, I was prepared for the wait. The lounge was clean and everyone inside was also friendly.

Had an appointment for my first checkup on my 2023 Honda CRV, Service Advisor was Russ Wood, and Technician was Madelynn Johns, excellent job, and finished so quick. Eskridge is the best dealership we have ever had.

Came in thinking I needed a new battery as I had run it down by leaving the trunk open for a couple of hours. However, the battery tested as good. And there was no charge for the test.

Alex and Ragan were very courteous and helpful when I took my car in for service. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and cordial.

I backed out of my garage & tore the mirror off the passenger side of my new Honda Accord. Needless to say, I freaked & called Eskridge. In 2 days they had a new factory mirror in and replaced on my car. I can't say thank you enough for the speedy service. All you people there @ Eskridge are great!

Comparing to other service centers, this location excel in their provided services and I can't speak highly enough of their advisors, I have been here multiple times and worked with different advisors and all provided the same great level of customer support and communication. We bought our Honda CR-V in 2016 at Eskridge Honda. We've taken it in there for servicing since we bought it and they ALWAYS do a great job. We've been very happy with their service department.

This is the second Honda Odyssey that I have purchased from Eskridge Honda. I have many friends that work there and I have been treated like family. From Mike the GM to Angie in the service department plus Pat the service manager, they have always provided excellent service. You needn't worry about a thing when doing business with any of them. Highly recommended.

Friendly service techs. Comfortable waiting area. Really like the text messages alerting me of progress on car repair or update. At checkout the service rep goes over invoice to make sure I understand what type of work was done. Truly appreciate the follow up call the day after to see if I was satisfied with the work that was done.
