There is a communication gap between who answers the phones, to the nurses and then to the dr. The dr isnt all that interested in what you think, you have to remind them you have a co pay, and the first time in 7 years i needed pain meds (hurt my back) i was told the dr knew what i was going through but he wasnt going to prescribe anything. They then lectured me about controlled substances. Got a new dr and never going back.

I work for a company that obtains medical records and upon calling this facility a Christine answered the phone and when I asked if she could verify the records are available for the dates of service for the patients she said , " could you call back later, I dont have time for that". She also stated she is an office manager, I believe a person better suited for the position should be answering the phones as medical records are important and those asking to obtain them should not be told, " I dont have time for that."

Just don’t go there. You will save time and money.
