Absolutely fantastic. Loaned me tools to work on my car, and cheaper parts than anywhere else in town.

My headlights went out and Nate worked really hard to help me get back on the road. Very cheerful and helpful, even when it turned out my lights were fine and the last owner just didn't plug them in all the way.

My battery was dead but still hold a charge for a bit ..took it to Auto Zone and he replaced right there on the spot..no more worries if it was gonna start or not. Core charge pretty much paid the taxes lol. Thanks Auto Zone

Very good experience, staff go above and beyond to help.. i bought a master cylinder for my trucks brakes,, part got help up at the airport for several days.. eventualy i opted to buy a more expensive master cylinder that they had in stock at the store so the manager gave me discount because my original order was delayed ... i am always happy with the service

Usually has what I need, if not can Usually get it within a couple days.

I have to say I had a very good experience at this AutoZone. I am a mechanic and called to pick up a part for a customer. When I got there, they had the part out and ready for me to pick up and even offered me a discount because of all of the purchases I have made from AutoZone over the years. The assistant manager Travis and his helper Dillon were very helpful and made my experience very pleasant and easy. I will definitely be returning to this store for more purchases in the future. Thanks again guys for your help!

Pretty good service. Also they're pretty knowledgeable, they help you find something that fixes your problems. At a price that can fit into your budget a little bit easier.

Very helpful to say the least. Ponca is a small town and Mike and Anthony (to name just a few) are not afraid to help out to get you what you need, no matter where the parts have to come from. I have been in there a lot lately and never had a bad experience.

Being previously employed there, I could look up my own parts and skip the interaction with the employees but, I am somewhat of a social butterfly and enjoy the interaction. I even help show some of the new employees some tips and tricks that help out with customer flow and parts lookup.
