Price is decent and the landlord is great. The right amount of attention but not overly present. A little slow on maintenance but always done right.

Lived here for a few years. Scott and Terry were great! Its a quiet park. Dogs occassionally not being contained was an issue. I remember the incident with Ashleys dog, and Ill have to check with my husband but Im pretty sure that was the dog that tried to attack my husband and 2 yr old daughter in the front yard. That dog was shot at/shot around this time. Scott is a big softy towards animals and would never hurt a dog or cat unless it needed to be done. People, of course, want to put on a big show when they are in the wrong for some reason though.

Cheap rental prices, total electric, and free water/septic. It was perfect for a family of 4. Just like with anywhere else, check out the block and neighbors before picking a specific home. In the section I lived in, I had no complaints. Super quiet.

Terry at the office has been fantastic and made the moving in experience very smooth. The best part, by far, has been the peaceful location and there's even a Dollar General with a grocery section nearby. Already very happy with the decision to move here!

Wonderful mobile home park sitting just outside of the busy hustle. Peaceful country setting with the convience of a dispensary just a short walking distance away.

The land is pretty and very alive.
Mind your own business if you come here. Pay attention to each other ,look after your pets and friendly neighbors!

Great place to raise children very quiet and pleasant also landlord works with you a lot she's the best I'm truly happy being here..

If you have kids between the age of 13 and 16, please move here because I need new friends. All the kids here are younger then me, but they are very friendly and we'll behaved kids

Love living here, small community, great pricing, out of city limits but only ten minutes from Edmond.
