As first time home buyers, we wanted to make sure we chose an agent that would be not only knowledgeable and responsive, but also patient with our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process. Excellent Service. Great Communication. Knowledgeable. Experienced. I was not familiar with Washburn Real Estate prior to randomly selecting them to view a house of interest. Within a few minutes of meeting David, we knew that we had made the right decision. At no point did we feel like he didn't take us serious nor did we ever feel rushed. He was excellent at giving us options to consider and suggestions that were critical for the property. He helped us save a few thousand dollars based on a recommendation for service. He was always ready to share information or contacts. His communication was excellent and responded to my messages very shortly at most hours of the day. I would use them again and I do recommend their service. Great family to work with. Glad I'm not competing against them.

I didnt think they would be able to top my first real estate experience, but they did. Washburn Real Estate team worked hard for me and cared about finding me and my family the right house for us. The negotiation skills of Brent are phenomenal and Sherri makes sure you feel cared for and heard. I would definitely recommend them and have.

Good honest people

My experience with this company was a nightmare. There were numerous mistakes made and some were never corrected in spite of several notices to them pointing out their mistakes. I'm convinced making money, not giving good service is their priority. And don't ever trust them to look out for your best interests in representing you if they represent both buyer and seller, which is permitted under a new ruling. They cost us money we didn't need to spend on more than one occasion! And we feel lied to and betrayed. Find another realtor!
