We absolutely love all the staff. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable on all the latest orthodontal care! Never any wait time and easy to get appointments with. My son felt so welcomed at his very first visit with his name on a lighted sign along with an impressive gift bag, balloons and pictures. I honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else. TS Orthodontics is the best!

My son has had a great experience at TS! The staff is courteous, the facility is clean, and the service is priced well. We are in the middle of a move, and TS has been great with advice on finding a new orthodontist to continue care. I highly recommend TS for any orthodontic needs. You won't be disappointed!

I recently visited TS Orthodontics and another Orthodontics Office to determine which better suited my daughter’s needs. TS Orthodontics was hands down the best as far as customer service and the overall approach to care for my daughter’s teeth. The other place wanted to remove 4 of her permanent teeth without even trying an expander. Everyone is always super nice when we go in! We always feel so welcomed. I also love all the souvenirs (t-shirts, cups, bags) My daughter got her braces on today and they gave us so much to go with her braces!! I’m so glad we made the decision to go to TS Orthodontics!!! :)

We have always felt right at home at TS Orthodontics. Every person in the office goes out of their way to greet us and make us feel comfortable. My son has had one set of braces so far and we are more than pleased with the results. I highly recommend TSO to our friends and family!

My experience with TS Orthodontics began before the actual consultation. I asked about information at a local 'fest' and was greeted so kindly and was made to feel like a family member. My son's consultation was thorough and again comfortable. I asked tons of questions ranging from time to put on braces to financial concerns. Everyone in this office has been beyond helpful. I also love the sign in the office that announces the patients. It creates a 'I mean something' feeling for each patient and their mom :) Greatest orthodontist..greatest customer service. I sincerely wish more places had people like this working for them.

Best orthodontist practice!!! We have had three children go through braces at this office and absolutely love them!!! They are prompt; very friendly, and always keep us aware of the progress that is being made. Dr. Carlson has been wonderful to work with!

I can’t begin to say how awesome the staff is at TS Orthodontics Rutherfordton location! They are always so welcoming and knowledgeable. My son has an outstanding experience. They are able to schedule appointments that fit his school and sports schedule. We highly recommend TS Orthodontics!

From the time you walk in the front door at TS Orthodontics, have your appointment with the Doctor and are checking out you are greated with a smile. My daughter is always talking about how nice they are. Everyone is very Professional in their job and it does not go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend that if you need an Orthodontist this is the place to go.

Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff! The way that any and all of the ladies interact with us, we can see and hear that they actually really enjoy what they do and how much they're doing to improve lives:) That's hard to come by these days and it's a joy to walk in there every time.

This orthodontist office is so inviting, from the friendly staff to the room decorations. They are prompt and efficient from answering the phone, taking payments, to treatments. I would definitely recommend them for orthodontic care.
