I was able to get an appointment the very next week & each time I have returned, I was seen promptly at time of appointment, no wait. Each member of the staff was super friendly, while also professional Clean/tidy & generally relaxing atmosphere. I have not a single criticism! (Shout out to Tracy, the ultrasound tech…You blessed my heart so much!)

Absolutely great experience with this office. The team there are friendly, professional, efficient and explain things when working with you. Dr Tim Keeler is an amazing physician. Kind, competent, with a warm friendly demeanor. He orchestrated testing same day and offered an explanation through all tests. If you are looking for care from an experienced doctor with great bedside manner who is knowledgeable and explains things well, he is wonderful. So fortunate to have him here!

Another 5 starts for this office! Separate visit today and just as good experience.Check in was seamless. Brittany and Stacey were quick and efficient. Taylor is always a pleasure to speak to. Dr. Keeler answered all my concerns and explained everything to expect. In and out for my appointment in 20 minutes! Cannot say enough good things about this office and staff!

I have received excellent care at Rutherford Premier Women's Care. When I had a health concern I was seen quickly. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Taylor goes above ad beyond to make her patients feel comfortable with dignity and respect. I am so glad I found this practice.

Great practice! They were able to get me in quickly for testing and within a few months, I was feeling better than I had in years! The office staff are all wonderful and funny women and Dr. Billue is great about addressing questions & concerns. Highly recommended!

Dr.Billue and his staff are amazing. My husband and I always feel at ease with any concerns we have. I have received nothing but knowledgeable and informed care. We wouldn't want anyone else but Dr.Billue to deliver our first child. I highly recommend!

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Billue are absolutely amazing!!!! Dr. Billue addressed my concerns directly and gave me several option to choose from! I felt that he listened to me and supported my decision!! So thankful for this practice

Edit: 02-07-2024. I left this practice for the listed reasons. However, I found the care at Mission McDowell womens clinic to be horrific I have now returned to this clinic who has done everything in their power for me to carry a healthy child. So I take back all negative and going to look at this with a fresh set of eyes. This place really feels like family and they CARE if your baby makes it. As far as Dr.Lee I miss her terribly their will never be another her. Statesville got a good one when she left. But I also find these new drs to care!!!! So thank you all for your patients and your hard work for my baby and I!!
Edit 10-28-2023 Dr. Lee is no longer here. I did
not feel as if the 2 drs now there cared for me and my child I am carrying at all. Not the same. Don't recommend.
I love this office. After 3 losses and a year of trying we conceived and Dr. Lee has went above and beyond as my doctor. She has done everything in her power to aid me with any sickness or questions I have. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the sweet nurse to my amazing Dr! God led me to this office and I am so blessed to know they will be by my side for the whole pregnancy! I recommend this office to any and all women who may become pregnant or need an OB who will listen to them and take them seriously!! Thank You Dr. Lee for all you do for our little family. Praying you are on call when I deliver in 5 months!!

My visit there was nice. The staff are great and the Dr. Is great as well, listened to me and truly cares.

I have started seeing Doctor Keeler and he is wonderful! He has very respectable bedside manners and actually listened. Also the assistant Brittany was absolutely fantastic and very respectful! I plan to continue seeing them!

Absolutely love this office. Brittany is the sweetest, and she’s become my friend over the visits I’ve had. Always makes sure I’m okay, even mentally. Everyone is very kind and comforting. Dr. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable as well, I love having her as my provider. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Susan Lee and her team did amazing on my surgery Sept. 1st. I was scared but they were so caring and empathetic toward me. Her whole team helped me relax and be comfortable. Susan Lee also was holding my hand as I was waking up from surgery to let me know everything went just as planed, no complications or anything. I have 3 small incisions and this is day 2 fully and I’m feeling amazing. I truly can’t say enough about them and how much I have prayed over them for their safety during everything and that God will cover them through all their procedures. I just thank them so much .

My daughter had her 1st GYN appt today and I have to say I was very impressed by Dr. Lee and her staff. Casey, Brittany and Taylor all were fabulous! Very kind and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Lee! She not only shows concern for the patient, but is also very educational.

Dr.Lee is AWESOME! Her MA Brittany goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable while in the office. I would recommend this office to anyone needing OB/GYN care. They are wonderful.

I am on my second pregnancy and they have been so good to me through all the problems that I have had and all the questions I have asked. They have been very thorough in taking care of me and this has been a great experience! Dr. Billue is great and so are all of the nurses and other staff!

Love this office. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctors are both very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the thoroughness of my exam and they explained everything to me. I will be back next year for my next annual.

Dr. Keeler was very helpful and caring. The whole staff is just wonderful to be around! I will always go to them for anything I need. They’re the best!!

The kindest group of people! They are super patient and nice with their clients! They are really here to help you! I have been to 2 different women's care and this one is the only one in my opinion that has your best interest at heart!
