RIP OFF ARTIST!!! We purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually for $30,000, to begin with we noticed the def line was cut, we asked him about it he didnt even know what def was. I think if you are selling a vehicle you should at least know something about it. This was obviously an auction truck, after having it for 2 weeks we took our first trip to the mountains & the truck began to smoke horrifically & lost power while we were pulling a trailer up a hill, we were able to pull over turn the truck off & wait a few minutes before being able to restart the vehicle & be on our way with the trip. Upon returning home we took it to a Dodge dealership where they informed us that the def had been deleted improperly & that the tuner had been removed from the vehicle, that is why the computer was going crazy, we then later find out when we go to tag the vehicle that the Mr Eddie had improperly describe the vehicle as a dolly not a dually the lady at the tag agency gave us trouble because she said that the description of the vehicle did not match the vin as well as he had our names & address incorrect on the title, this led to a $150 in late fees from waiting for him to get the information corrected, however when I received the title back 1 mo later he still had not corrected the issue I was able to speak with a supervisor at the tag office & she was able to help us, $1,850 later for the tag & late fees the truck breaks down again. I contact him because the Dodge dealership is telling us that the turbo is bad the water pump is bad the def has been deleted incorrectly & we'll need a new tuner & the computer will need to be reprogrammed $$$. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my truck was broken into & my wallet was stolen I contacted Mr Eddie to inform him that I had filed a police report & was having to close my checking account. I told him that I would get new checks & mail him the payment that was due he said that he would Shred the checks that he had in his possession because I had pre written him checks so that I wouldnt have to worry about mailing him a check every two weeks. Because he starts harassing you days before your car payment is due. fast forward three months & the truck is back in the shop again because we cannot keep it running & i text him that we are returning the vehicle to him because I can no longer afford to pay $800 a month on a truck that I paid $3,500 down on & would ultimately cost me $30,000 plus repairs, he then informed my husband by voicemail that if we did not make a payment that he was going to cash one of the checks that we gave him that he said he would shread. he then threatened us that if the check did not clear he would turn it over to the District Attorney's office. (I have it in a voice mail) I have no idea how this man has stayed in business as long as he has he clearly is dishonest & has nothing but cars he picks up from the auction dirt cheap because they all have serious issues, he has no permanent mechanic on staff to check these cars over before he purchases them. He likes to harras you, scream & yell at you, cuss at you when you will not fold to his threats then he threatens to revoke your title which he obviously again does not know what he's talking about. The day that we returned the vehicle he texted me asking if I had his dolly I asked him what Dolly I've never purchased a dolly from you, after many text messages back and forth I was able to conclude that he meant dually & then he began to argue with me that Dodge calls it a Dodge dolly & people use it to move things with. After I corrected him & clarified what it was that he was speaking of & informed him that we would be returning the vehicle that evening when we got off work he then began to use the race card & tell me that I was prejudiced & judgemental because I know that English is his second language I kindly apologize that that was not my intention my intention was to clarify what it was he was speaking of. Dont buy from this place. Imagine driving this Dinging the whole time

Payed $5000 down for a chevy 3500 that had a broken bed along other issues. I owned it for about 5 months and he said he’d work out a trade in deal since the left fender was literally about to fall off. We fixed the brakes on this truck and power steering pump. The “trade” in entailed me paying another $2500 for a 2008 Jeep. I got nothing out of that truck. All his vehicles are auction vehicles and way overpriced. All three vehicles we’ve bought have had numerous issues. Brakes went out on all three. Be wise and go somewhere else, all he wants is to screw you over.

Got a vehicle that seemed alright. Im not a mechanic. Paid $1400 for the down payment and first payment and only drove it a week before having to take it to a shop for a repair going to cost over $800. I tried to get the owner to help me since this was clearly not an issue I caused and he refused to help. Total scam.

Total RIP off. Sold a lemon car. Refused to help fix the issues then refused to give me my money back. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

If your trying to get ripped off this is the place to do it bought a Chevy 1500 and after 4 months I had to replace the whole front end and other problems ive put more into the truck then what I’m playing for it do not buy from this place

Worst customer service ever, started screaming and cussing at me cause I said that another dealership would take a trade in.
