Had a great experience overall. Came in to renew my passport and Ms. Gail was extremely helpful. There was atleast 3 or 4 customers in there and she was extremely efficient and effective in helping all of us in a timely manner. I have never been in a line that has moved so quickly and accurately in USPS. Ms. Gail was also very knowledgeable about all products. Great experience over all 10/10.

I always have a good experience when using this post office. It's the only one I've ever used since moving here.

Not sure of what’s happening for this location to get so many bad reviews. The hours are clearly posted and at 7:30 until 8:00 pm, the employee is entitled to a lunch break and so they close the location for 30 minutes. They are most likely the only person working the counter and if they help you before they go on break and someone happens to walk in when your just getting finished, then they too are going to expect the same level of service that you just received. So it could be never-ending. I had this same scenario last night but in reverse. I had 15 certified mailings that needed to go out. Being courteous I let one person go ahead of me. Then another walks through the door just as the clerk was about to start with my pile of envelopes, and I say go ahead I’ll wait. Then another person with an outbound package. At one point the clerk insist that I go ahead and take care of my mailings because the trend could continue until they shut the doors.

Today was my first time coming in to this location to pick up a package and also send one; as expected during this seasonal time it was pretty busy. However, the employee there was amazing! Super friendly, patient, polite, and overall exceptional! I only wish I'd gotten his name to give him more recognition, as he was there on his own dealing with a long line, and mentioned having a long line for 2 1/2 hours. Props to him. He made my experience an amazing one despite waiting about 20 minutes in line.

My postal worker, Anthony, is absolute professionalism personified. I recently moved to another zip code and couldn't be happier that I did. I had a certified letter issue. He was extremely helpful and was compassionate throughout my inquiry.

With an influx of consumers rightfully reviewing grievances at the forefront of their postal service interactions, I felt it incumbent to highlight Anthony's superior approach to a thankless job, that's an echelon above my own previous experiences, and providing indiscriminate W.O.W. consumer service that's uncustomarily magnanimous!

Seems odd to write a review for a post office - but this is a *great* post office! Was back there again today. The young woman working there today was Nicole. I noted her name because she was so nice and helpful to me when I was struggling with a "postal issue."

Love the airport location. I Always receive excellent customer service and the extended hours, weekends and Holidays hours make sure I never miss a deadline. I would rather drive 20 miles to this location than go to any other Post Office!

Highly recommended, I ship items multiple times a week and have yet to spend more than 5 minutes here in one visit! Staff is very courteous and cordial, location is very easy to access and is safe and secure! Great hours of operation!!

The late hours are great. Never too busy. Just 1 bad apple wont keep me away. Night shift woman is very polite and friendly.

I use this post office often, and have yet to be disappointed. They are friendly, helpful and provide quick service. The extended hours and location is also a plus.

My FAV post office ever!! Hate that I'm clear across town from it now!! HATE they aren't open 24 hours any more though. Sucks. But they r still open longer than most.
