I’ve been a NC Farm Bureau customer for 10+ years and couldn’t be happier! Matt Laughter than runs our local Spindale office has become a good friend and he has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Can’t recommend this whole organization enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Michael Tesseneer as an agent at Farm Bureau. He always makes sure my needs are met on time and keeps me in the loop of the best deals and coverage. I have multiple vehicles and motorcycles through Michael and will be covering a house and a shop soon. He makes a point to stay in contact with me and ensure that I’m satisfied with my coverage and pricing. There have been times I’ve added coverage or vehicles and Michael would’ve been able to make more money off of me, but he actually shot me straight and guided me through how he could get me the same or better coverage for less. He’s transparent and honest in business and that means a lot this day in time. Michael is an avid family man and always makes sure to ask me about how mine is doing, in between telling me how proud he is of his. Michael makes you feel like part of the family and goes out of his way to provide excellent service in and outside of business hours. This man got up at the crack of dawn to be at Krispy Kreme an hour away to buy dozens of boxes of donuts to hand deliver to clients both private and commercial. Who else does that?! I switched from another company and I haven’t regretted it one time. I can’t speak for everyone in this office but I can say with the UTMOST confidence that if you give Michael Tesseneer your business you will NOT be disappointed. I’ve converted my friends and family and even keep cards with me. I’m happy to be part of the farm bureau family thanks to Michael!!
