WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a Sleep Apnea Mask and ordered a Heated CPAP Tubing. The manager told me that I should receive the Heated CPAP Tubing in two weeks. I didn't receive it, waited for a month and she didn’t call me back. I had to call her back only to find out that I needed another prescription from my doctor to get the Heated CPAP Tubing. My doctor told me that he sent all the prescriptions. I am still waiting six months later for the Heated CPAP Tubing.
