I was traveling from Virginia to Swansboro when my car computer system went crazy. Justin was there within 30 minutes and towed me to a dealership. He was prompt, honest, and I knew he was trying to provide me the best service. Thanks for the rescue!

Shout-outs to Justin and Sons..!!! I broke down at the Kenly NC T/A Truck stop/ Blue Beacon truck wash...T/A says "4 hour wait".. called Justin and Sons...this guy came out in his personal vehicle...jump started my vehicle/ checked the wiring...less then 30mins...OUTSTANDING SERVICE..!!!

Called Justin & Sons for an air leak on my freightliner. Prompt service, friendly people. It’s hard to find good mechanics with good service. They were busy but got me in fixed and out the door same day. Would highly recommend.

I travel for work, and my water pump went out while passing thru at 11pm on a Monday night. My roadside assistance towed me to another local shop but they weren’t able to even look at it for more than 24 hours (much less get around to fixing it so I could get back on the road). I happened to meet a mechanic who stopped to see if I needed help while waiting on the tow truck and he recommended Justin & Sons so I gave him a call. He offered to drive over where my truck was parked at the other shop and check it out. He not only diagnosed it quickly but replaced my water pump right there in the parking lot (saved me another towing fee) and had me on my way by 11am! He charged a very fair price, did great work, went over and above what most shops will do and and saved my business trip! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Justin and his crew were great today ! We were headed home in our motor home when it just stopped running. Justin came out figured what was wrong which was our fuel line , him and his guys came replaced it and got us back up and running. He also charged us fairly. Thank you Justin and crew !!

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. Justin and Son’s Towing Company contracts with AAA. I did not choose this towing company: AAA dispatched them to my house to tow my car. The man who towed my car, I think his name was Kyle, hooked up my car wrong and damaged the tire rods to the point that my back tires were pulled out, and it was non-driveable. I had to get it repaired, and it cost me over $300. I did a damage complaint with AAA, but because the repair man did not take pictures of the back tire rod area, I was not able to prove the damage. But, I am determined for my voice to be heard and warn people of this company. Instead of being honest, you all denied that you damaged my car, and that lets me know that this company lacks integrity. Even if AAA dispatch this company to you, please refuse them because they will mess up your car. I’ve never had issues with AAA dispatching quality towers, but this one was an absolute fail. The repair company was willing to vouch for me by giving a detailed account of the car when it first arrived to be repaired, but unfortunately, it takes an act of congress for AAA to honor a damage complaint.
