HIS Electric did a phenomenal job installing a box for our replacement ceiling fan. The response time was same day, appointment the next day and the work was friendly and fantastic. Richard installed a neutral wire for a smart switch on a fan circuit in my old house for me as well as the switch itself (which involved a module up in the fan canopy). He was very nice and was patient and indulged any questions I had which I really appreciated as someone who likes to learn. He was very quick, knowledgeable, and made sure that the work got done right -- he even patiently disassembled and reassembled my fan a second time after there was a noise present after the first attempt. I was very happy with both the work and the price and would definitely use him again in the future.

Richard and his assistant arrived on time with a smile. They were polite, well groomed, paid close attention to their work which was quiet, steady and efficient. Everything now works beautifully and they were careful to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend their service and will DEFINITELY call them again.

Very nice and excellent service! Our ceiling fan lights randomly started turning on and off repeatedly so we called HIS Electric to make sure it wasn't a serious issue. Turns out our light kit just needs replaced and they did not charge us to figure out the problem. We will definitely use them for any future electrical issues!

Richard worked on a repair after the terrible ice storm of October 2020. He was honest about how long it would take him to actually get the work done at a time when every electrician in town was swamped. He was very professional, did the work exactly when he said he would and at a competitive price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Richard installed a whole-house surge protector and a wired video doorbell yesterday. He also converted fluorescent light fixtures in the garage to use LED tubes. The LED tubes provide a lot better quality light than the fluorescent tubes, and I am very pleased with the doorbell. The surge protector was the most important improvement yesterday. If you have a smart house without surge protection, then your house isn't as smart as you think it is. I have a dumb house, but it is smarter now.

Thought I was going to wait a few days to get my issue fixed, but they had a cancellation and called me back the same day. The young man (Jonathan) that they sent out was super respectful. I only needed some wiring switched out in my breaker box and he got it done super fast! Friendly, fast, and did a great job! 5 stars!

Highly recommend HIS electric. From setting up the initial appointment to completed job they were fast, efficient, and proactive in communicating. Jonathan Tran showed up exactly on time and did a great job. He installed LED lighting and a dimmer switch in our bathroom, replaced a bad wall switch for our bedroom ceiling fan, installed a light fixture in our pantry, and checked out two wall outlets in our laundry room that we thought might have an issue. The price was very reasonable and there was no charge for testing the two wall outlets as they turned out to be ok. We will definitely use HIS electric again.

Richard was great! He came quickly and did not charge us even a service call because he could not fix the issue (ended up being an A/C unit issue not electrical)! He even gave us the number of an A/C guy he trusted and had already checked to see if he could make it out that day. So kind and honest—-will definitely use in the future for any electrical needs!

We had to call Richard after Icepocalypse 2020 because the neighbor's tree ripped everything off our our house. He came out the next day (actually showed up early, unlike most service professionals) and had it all fixed within 30 minutes. He even fixed a few things he saw at no charge. He called me to advise me of some additional problems we may have once the electricity was restored and told me how to deal with them. He was kind, professional, and I will be using HIS Electric again for all my future needs.

Richard of HIS electric inspected an electrical box which a home inspector considered a suspect name brand. He could have easily said it was and charged to remove and replace it at a great cost to me. He showed me the suspect brand on line, answered a bunch of general electrical questions and only charged a very reasonable inspection fee. Quick, on time and integrity filled. I would highly recommend HIS electric.

I have used HIS Electric for about 3 years during my whole-home remodel. They are always punctual, clean up after themselves, explain issues in a way that I can understand, and are very reasonable from a cost perspective. I absolutely would never use anyone else and appreciate the great work they have done for me. I'm a HUGE fan!
