Storage Ranch

I have used several storage businesses in the past, and Storage Ranch has by far been the best! Always quick to respond and resolve. My experience with Jacci and her communications with me have always been professional, positive, and thorough. Both locations are easy to drive through and navigate. It is also comforting to know there is 24hr surveillance at both sites. I would definitely recommend Storage Ranch to my friends and family!

I’ve had a climate controlled unit for a year now and I can’t be more pleased with the staff and the unit itself. I didn’t find one spider in my Christmas boxes this year. The staff are always available and always kind. I had some hiccups last year and Jacci has always been understanding and helpful as best as possible. It’s a great place to store your things.

Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond to help their customers out and support them. Jacci does an amazing job. Storage areas are clean and very well kept. Prices are great as well! Highly recommend!

I needed help with the UHaul process and the lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable. She even moved our truck for us since we have never driven one before.

Not the best experience I've had with a storage facility. The gentleman that was working couldn't have moved slower if he had tried. He spoke so low that no matter how hard i tried I couldn't hear him. He set up the storage then had me follow him to the storage facility, that wasn't where the office was and was Iocated in an area that wasn't manned or even near the office I was at. I went here after seeing they were in a gated area behind the office, or so I thought. (Thank goodness the police impound yard was near it). He didn't bother to tell me otherwise I may would have gone somewhere else. And finally, the storage unit was dirty, I mean lots of dead critters and lots of dirt, spider webs and spiders. On a positive note it was quiet so I had no trouble maneuvering the uhaul. Ugh.. it was not the best experience, I hope my stuff is OK as I live 90 minutes away, I'm getting ready to move to the next town over.

It was different. I've never been to a storage facility where the storage compartments aren't even on the grounds with the office so that they can be monitored. The only reason I left my stuff there was because it was next to the police impound yard. The employee was very slot, talked alow, typed slow, walked slow and drove slow after yelling me I had to follow him to the units. It was just weird.

After no response back from the either the local storage company or even their corporate offices, I feel obligated to post a public review for anyone considering using this company.
They have ABSOLUTELY no way to contact them when their system did mess up for me this last weekend. I paid for a baby sitter for my entire day. I had even rented a trailer. Showed up Sunday morning bright and early to start moving my stuff ... access code did not work. Retried umpteen times until I finally noticed that they system read "01/01/00 12:00am"... yeah. Ok. Well, there I am -- out over $300.
Left messages with the local office and even corporate number -- no response back EVEN YET TODAY -- it's Monday evening.
THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO FIX THEIR PROBLEMS WHEN OFF HOURS! NONE! ZILCH! ZERO! TOO BAD!
If a storage unit is 24x7, I expect that to be exactly that. If there is a RARE problem, there MUST be a WAY to report a problem that is responded to 24x7! There is none here... go elsewhere.

Called 2 days ahead of schedule. Was told they NORMALLY aren't open Saturday but someone would be there @ 9a to help me. Showed up at 9:05a and nobody there. Sign says "SATURDAY 9-3". Website says open "SATURDAY 9-3". Went online @ 10a (still sitting outside office) and website says they're open. Called listed phone number and got recording to leave msg. Called corp. office and they wanted to send me to another 20 miles away. Tack on $1.09/mile.
Why say your open when your not? Why lie to customers? I kept my end of agreement. Guess OU/Texas more important than CS.
