Another delicious experience. Huge portions, very busy but quick seating.
Breakfast and some sandwiches burgers on Saturday and Sunday.
Service is always good.
Savoy is a sure thing.

This place was really cool for what it is. It's older but nicely redone. It has a bit of a retro vibe. I stayed there for Tulsa Tough and it was nice to have a whole apartment with kitchen and room to stretch out and relax after a long day in the sun and heat. It's also close enough to downtown and the Tulsa nightlife if you don't mind a short walk, drive, or bike. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel you may be disappointed, but if you want a cool little place at a great value this is for you.

I've stayed here 94 nights in 2014 while in town for a work project. I must say that this is one of the best Courtyards I've stayed at. The service is amazing, the manager really goes above and beyond. Housekeeping does a pretty good job, and the maintenance man is quick to resolve even minor issues. A newer hotel, everything is up to date. I absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in Tulsa.

If you're expecting it to be like a hotel, you should suspend that expectation. It's more like having your own apartment for a night. We stayed on a ground level floor. Thought it would be louder, but I slept just fine. Great kitchen, really well furnished, I liked the privacy. Len, the owner, was easy to reach when we had a problem. Would recommend as long as you know what to expect.
Location looked more like a fancy restaurant from the road than a hotel.

This is an eclectic little apartment building which was once a hotel/Bed and Breakfast in its former glory. The apartments are fantastically quaint and furnished as well. All bills paid to include cable and wi-fi makes this place a hidden gem!

Amazing place for the price. It was clean, quiet and very close to downtown. I highly recommend looking into the Savoy if you are looking for a place in Tulsa.

Local family owned place. Food is soo good it’s like a warm hug. Pies. Fresh bread. Breakfast and daily specials.

Great room, well cared for. Location is a little sketchy, with some interesting characters hanging around the general vicinity. The building and room are well-secured but I did have some anxiety about my company truck being parked out back. I think the facility and owner are doing a fantastic job and are poised for great things as the area improves. It was a great place to stay overnight for a work conference, offering exactly what I needed and at a very competitive rate compared to the nearby hotels. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and we were blow away and the value of this place. The room was clean, and in great condition and the place is very secure with a key code outside, and on your individual door. I would highly recommend looking to book if you are needing a place in Tulsa. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because the walls are a little thin.

We were in town for the 2019 Women's Expo where we were sharing Our doTerra Essential Oils.
Our room was about 10mins from the venue and store. Convenient for us to work from, cook our meals and relax. Works well for for one or two people. The internet worked well. Keypad entry to the building and your room.
Very happy that there was off road parking at the back of the building.
Not too keen on the stairs, but that's where our room was.😊
They indicated there was a washer & dryer in the basement, but we didn't need that, so we didn't investigate further.
We will probably stay there again next year.

Great little place - I booked it on AirBnb and the price for the quality is really impressive. It is a little bit of a walk to downtown but still really nice.
