Hertz Car Rental - Tulsa International Airport

All I have is good to say about the service, hospitality, and quality of my rental. Leslie, Keith, and Doug keep everything running, what seems to be without any hiccups.....I've tried a few other rentals from the airport in the past.....nothing compares. I will always stick with Hertz. It seems to move quickly even when there was a line. I appreciate the simplicity of getting a car because I'm a Hertz Gold Plus member, it allows me to see my grand babies even quicker!

Mike the manager and the parking garage attendant helped me with some matters that arose with my rental and did so with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.. I would highly recommend Hertz based on this alone..

Great experience, Doug was super helpful when we were in a pinch. We originally made a reservation through Priceline for Alamo, went to pick up the car and was rudely told they had zero cars and sent away to handle getting a refund from Priceline. Happened to check with hertz and they were super friendly and helpful, got us set up with a great car at a great price.

Make your reservation online. Take your license, credit card (pay in advance and save$$) and know your insurance company. I was in my first Hertz rental less than 10 minutes after arrival. Some helpful info at the airport: Rentals are handled in the parking garage opposite of the airport entrance (the Hertz counter is thru the last set of doors). Returns to a different location are cheaper coming from the airport. The Hertz phone number listed at the airport below will not be answered. Customer service was great at pickup. The drop-off in DFW metro was a little chaotic.

They got the best selections of higher quality luxury cars for the week or weekend. I Rocked in caddy for my 50th B-day and it was awsome! 🤘

They now have Teslas! Free upgrade to a model 3, so I got to drive a much nicer and newer car thelan the econobox I reserved. Utilized free charging at downtown Tulsa parking garages and saved a ton of money on gas and refill fees. Wish the website was updated to make it clear you can reserve Teslas now in Tulsa.

Amazing service last week. Normal hours end at 9:30 with staff leaving by 9:45 regularly. But last week the closing manager made a wonderful exception for my 10:05 flight and was still there for me. Additionally my reserved "Honda elantra or similar" turned out to be a Ford ecosport. Both my favorite car brand and a small SUV. They made my trip easy and enjoyable!!!

Customer Service here was great.

We had a very late flight and I called their desk to check on any possible issues. Spoke with a guy named Mark, and he assured me they would wait until our flight arrived, even if it was late.
When we got to the desk about midnight, there was Mark with a smile on his face.
He was very friendly and helpful.

Great car and great price.

Very fast services and the guy I dropped off the car with actually took the time to say hi ,how was my trip. He asked me how r he car was anyproblems. Most Auto rentals make you feel like a fast food restaurant. It's nice to get the service not just the business. I wish I had caught his name. Thanks Hertz.

I have Gold Plus status with Hertz, plus a corporate discount through my company. But beyond all that, Hertz always takes good care of me. Friendly, helpful employees, great rates, easy in-and-out service, they are always my first choice for our rental car needs.

I arrived at the kiosk and wad greeted immediately by the woman in the window. She asked for the standard questions of my ID and credit card and she broke down what needed to be paid and put on hold and what my final price would be at the end once the hold was released.

She gave me my car keys. She pointed out where the car was parked and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

The car was super clean had the actual sticker of approval. It had a wonderful new car smell the amenities of the Bluetooth radio the iPod and the aux cord.

It was wonderful. The car drove nice. The only thing I would say is that it was a loud car. This means like the engine seemed to make a loud roaring noise but the way the car was built I think that is how it was supposed to be. I had a royal electric blue Nissan Sentra and it was awesome

After being screwed over by Enterprise, we went to the Tulsa airport location and had the easiest rental experience ever, with Hertz. My only complaint is that the man helping us was too preoccupied with talking to someone walking by, charged us for the most expensive insurance, even though he was told we wanted the basic. Unfortunately we were too exhausted to even notice until days later. Everything with the actual company went great though and we will be using them again..just paying better attention to the sales person.

Ok we had lots of luggage and four people so we went big. Nice new car. Customer service was great and so was car but going out in Oklahoma was unbearable.

Excellent. Great customer service. Agents were very helpful and willing to provide information on current local attractions/events. VW Jetta was very clean and I had no issues with the vehicle. Return of the vehicle was very painless.

Very pleased with Hertz in Tulsa and will use them again on our next trip. Strongly recommend.

Car was clean and in good shape. While it was not the car I had reserved, it got the job done. Dusty was a great help when I returned the car early in the morning. Overall a good experience.

We landed at 5:30pm on the 7th of June and we were on our way by 6:00pm very efficient. The car was clean and the tank was full. We returned the car on Wednesday June 15 and the attendant was there to give us a receipt so we are very appreciative of the employees of Hertz.

Location in airport, so no shuttle needed. Gold pickup in the garage was fast, and early morning drop off was just as seamless.

I rented a 2016 Toyota RAV4 in Tulsa, OK and drove to Birmingham, AL. Great vehicle . . . Drove well . . . Loved the RED color. Customer service on both ends of the trip was quick and very courteous. Great advantage being able to fill in choices regarding insurance coverage, etc. on line ahead of time.

Tajie at Hertz Airport inside terminal was great at helping when I had a problem with losing my card during traveling. When one of the other competitors that had a company contract would not help, he looked at the situation and helped me. Could not of done business trip without his help.
