National Car Rental

I like renting from National. Always good service and normally nice cars. Usually very consistent. This is my 1st choice when I need a vehicle.

I have rented a vehicle every week for the last 6 months. Top notch, always good service and nice vehicles. My last trip though, the vehicle I rented has visible wear due to age and is not that clean inside. There is food between the drivers seat and the center console, the car did not smell very good and there is no sound coming from the radio, broken or something. I would hope they send this vehicle away. I certainly do not want it again.
I am happy with National overall but this last car is a poor representation of National Car rentals.

National is the easiest to use of all rental companies! If a car has an issue they take care of it! I only wish they had a local rental option as well!! Best rewards set up - straight forward and fair program. Staff is happier than most and greets with a smile always. Never had a bad experience using National at any airport!

I’m giving 5 stars as National is a great company to work with. This location had an odd process for emerald club as the lot is unprotected you have to get the keys from the booth attendant in the garrage. It was odd but fairly easy just pick the car show your ID like you do at the checkout booth and you are on your way out. No gate, checkout booth at the end or, spikes on the road.

Great service from picking up and dropping off vehicle. Paul is an asset to the company. He was extremely professional and courteous when I brought the vehicle back.

I consider National Car Rental to be the best Car Rental company. I love that I can pick my own car. NCR always has a car ready for me. I find them very efficient and speedy to check in and the return process expedient.

This was a quick easy process of picking up my rental car and returning my car. Both of the staff that assisted me were very friendly and helpful with anybof my questions. The car was clean and well maintained.

Very satisfied with friendly customer service. Steven Kelly was exceptional and went above and beyond. My first experience with National at Jackson was not good. Despite confirmation, no cars were available on arrival. On this second trip, everything was excellent, particularly staff. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing, and were helpful and friendly. Plan to stay with NATIONAL!

Rented a vehicle through National at the Tulsa Airport location. Riley R. was efficient and friendly in making sure I was in my reserved vehicle in less than 3 minutes upon me presenting my information at the counter. Vehicle was in great shape and the return process was quick and painless. Definitely recommend renting from this location and National in the future! Already looking forward to my next rental!

The women who assisted me at check in was wonderful and showed great customer service. She was helpful and when the remaining fleet did not meet my needs she went above and beyond to find a suitable replacement. She had blonde hair and was an older woman on the afternoon of March 24. Upon returning my vehicle I was assisted by another great employee. I believe his name was Josh (but I could be wrong) he too was helpful and provided good customer service. All in all, you have a great team at the Tulsa Airport!

Always have fast friendly service at check in and out. At checkout this time I was on the phone and “Paul”(?I think his name was) waited patiently while I completed the call.

National almost always has a nice range of available cars that are always clean and in excellent condition. Service is friendly and helpful.

Seamless, friendly interactions 100% of the time! They get you in your rental and on your way as quickly as possible. National will always be my first choice when needing a rental.

Wanted to write a quick review to recognize Kendra Stacy at National. Last week I was traveling in for work on a Monday afternoon and National was extremely busy. They were running just a little behind getting all of the cars turned around to hand out to people waiting. There were several unhappy customers and Kendra did a great job handing everyone's concerns professionally. I am sure it is a tough situation having a lot of people wait and having to be the messenger that it will be a minute, but her customer service shined. She offered me a free rental day to compensate for my wait time and was very polite through the entire experience.

I rent from National Car Rental in Tulsa nearly every week. The team at that facility is awesome! They are polite, helpful, and truly care about giving the best customer service. Last week, Mason hooked me up with a new Chevy Silverado. Great ride! I am in and out of that facility in less than 5 minutes of arriving. They make business travel easy.

Mason was very friendly and upbeat but still thorough with his walk around and the usual checks when I returned my car.

Our arrival flight was delayed by over two hours making our arrival past the closing time of the rental facility but your employee stayed to accommodate us - that was unexpected and very much appreciated

Amazing customer service at the Tulsa Airport location. Was originally placed in a car that looked to not have been cleaned and also had a rattling noise coming from the engine. When I returned back to the airport, they were very apologetic and placed me in an amazing upgrade and made sure I was happy with the car before I left. Kadyn knows how to take care of his customers!
