This is our second pet with AMSH East. Our 1st dog with them had worsening health conditions over a 3 year period. AMSH East was wonderful in her care up to the end. We recently brought our 2nd puppy to them and have no doubt that she will get the same great care!!!

I am blown away by the compassion and gentleness of the staff here. I accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong location (same business, just the tulsa location). When they found out, they were more than willing to get me a refund and even get me new paperwork to fill out and see my baby Romeo even with 30 minutes till close. Many other places would have not wanted or be willing to take in more clients with that little time. They were so caring and generous not only to me but also to Romeo! They handled him with upmost care and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They really took their time to tell me all the treatments and options I could do for Romeo. I will be returning knowing that my baby is in amazing and caring hands!

We love this place. Everyone here has always been compassionate and accommodating. We feel our dogs get quality health care, and we never feel rushed when addressing their needs with the veterinarian. Hours are great, and the cost is not outrageous.

Nice people. My doggies really like them. The waiting room is never crowded. My dogs had a small surgery, dental cleanings, nails trims and gland expression there. Their prices are fair, even much lower than the place in Bixby I used to go to. The wait time once in the exam room tends to be long before seeing a vet though, such that visits with appointments last well over an hour and my impatient dog starts throwing a fit. Also the nail trims are minimal with no dremmel smoothing so if you're trying to shorten your dogs quicks then their standard nail trim won't cut it. Pun! Otherwise it seems like a great place so far and I would recommend them.

I’ve been going to the same Vet for 10 years but I needed a Saturday visit. I searched google for a nearby Vet and I came across this location. I was impressed by their website! They offer in-office/same day services and world class medical technology (and of course they have outstanding online reviews!) From my initial phone call this morning, Sarah was extremely friendly and showed true compassion towards my concerns. She gave me one of their first morning appointments for me to bring in my furbaby (miniature schnauzer) Maggie, same day! Upon arriving, I met Ellen and Dr. McClain. I am without a doubt taken aback by Ellen’s kindness and Dr. McClain’s professionalism and warm hearted approach. You can tell these ladies are in the business for the right reasons. Dr. McClain’s veterinarian knowledge is extensive and she thoroughly explains every detail of the exam and appointment results so you feel comfortable understanding everything. I’m truly confident I’ll remain a customer at this location. If you’re looking for a compassionate, educated, polished team of professionals to care for your fur babies, look no further! Thank you again Sarah, Ellen and Dr. McClain for welcoming Maggie and I to your beautiful practice (and for the tour!) along with providing the world class compassionate care you did today. EVERYONE in the BA office is so amazing and genuinely care for patient and owner!
I recommend them to everyone I know as they have been the most caring and compassionate vet office I have ever been to. Katie is phenomenal at juggling the front desk duties while loving on every furbaby that comes through the door and the next day follow up call to check on them and answer any questions is the feather in the cap of this outstanding facility. Dr. Gullic stops at nothing to diagnose and treat your baby. She loves on them and treats you both with an unmatched sincerity. She is genuine, super knowledgeable, and doesn’t hesitate to reach out to her colleagues to assist or confirm her thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment. I wouldn’t trade these people for anything and I will NEVER take my baby anywhere else!

The staff was kind and gentle with both my sick cats. They were excited to deliver the good news for 1 and very compassionate when the news of second wasn’t good. When BA location was too busy to see us, they made the calls to Tulsa location and got us in. They are now my full-time Vet for all my pets.

Dr Gullic and the staff here at the East location are awesome! They always do everything they can to ensure my pet has the best quality of life possible. I never have issues getting in to see them when Zoey has an issue.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are amazing! They have always taken great care of my fur babies. Even when we had to say goodbye to one they made it as easy as possible. They are always very caring and compassionate and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Been brining my lab here for a few years now and have not been dissatisfied with any service we have received. Staff and doctors know your pet by name and take excellent care of them. Would highly recommend.

When we moved to Oklahoma needed vet in Broken Arrow. We visited location first to get feel for company. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Love our vet. Staff so gentle with our 2 dogs. Got a puppy for Christmas, they offered puppy packet to cover vaccines. Very caring and patient with my 2 dogs. Totally recommend this ver and location

Let me start by saying Dr Katie McClain truly cares for all her patients and their owners and delivers quality medicine and compassionate care. My pekingese Lettie was so nervous, but she was very soft and gentle with my pup as we worked to address some mobility issues due to her aging. By the end of the visit, Lettie had stopped shaking and was comfortable with Dr McClain manipulating her hind end in a series of PT exercises. While waiting for our appointment I witnessed Dr McClain take time with all the other clients ahead of us, explaining things and making each pet owner feel listened to. I didn't mind waiting because I knew she was providing genuine, personalized care to each patient. The staff was sweet and attentive and made sure both my dogs got plenty of attention (and treats!). I would definitely recommend Dr McClain to anyone!

There were complications as to how my very senior cat who was in great distress needed to be put to sleep. They had to do a special procedure that I have heard can cause great pain and discomfort but I observed them go to Great lengths to not let that happen and it did not! He went very peacefully because of their extra-special loving attention! I'm so very grateful!

Just had our wonderful dog Piper spayed! They took very good care of her. We did receive incorrect information on how much the whole procedure was due to size of dog and new people working the phones but they take such good care of our dogs and us I gave them a 5 star anyway.

My cat had gotten sick and had blood in her stool I called this office freaking out and crying, because my cats are my babies. They got me a spot within the next 15 minutes (that's how long it took me to get there) and they saw my cat with in 30 minutes of actually being there. I'd called other vets before calling here and no one would get me in the same day, it was around 3:30. The office staff was super nice and caring, answered all of my questions and even when i started crying again they were so helpful. The vet tech who came and got my cat for her stool check was so nice even when I had let my cat out of her carrier in the exam room and she ran under the couch. He was able to get her to trust him in a very short time. He explain in detail what they were going to do and was super friendly. The vet was exactly the same way. She is by far the best vet I have ever seen. The gentleman who got the medication for my cat was amazing at explaining how to dose out the medicine and even how to administer it. By far will recommend this place to anyone who asks

I came here not to long ago switching my dogs over from Catoosa small animal hospital. And the quality service is so much better! They are hands on getting the job done. Really good with responding to questions and are knowledgeable. They really do a good job with explaining what they recommend and what they’re gonna be doing. They don’t throw you short answers.
Doctors and Staff are so friendly and caring. Would highly recommend!

From the doctor to the nurse, they were so patient and nice with my pup. My dog is a grumpy old man at this point in his life and these were the gentlest people I have been to so far. I. So glad I switched to them.
