Great place for kids (and adults!) to learn martial art skills, work on physical fitness, and build confidence & character! The instructors are so positive and motivating, and of course knowledgeable about their craft! Both of my kids have been taking lessons for 6+ years, and finally convinced me to join in the adult class a couple years ago. It is a blast, and I have learned lots about self defense!

The growth that we have seen in our kids as a result of their training with Premier Martial Arts in North Augusta has been wonderful. They build a "family" and the students support each other towards their goals. The leadership program has helped my 12 year old begin to teach others, lead groups, and give back to his community.

We have had at least one family member enrolled at PMA North Augusta for about 9 years. We currently have 6 family members enrolled at PMA working toward a 1st degree or higher degree black belt. We have found that the instructors are extremely skilled martial artists. They are are also skilled instructors. They regularly attend instructor courses that include other PMA schools integrating techniques across the board.

We have found the staff to be friendly and feel a family environment overall. For example, when a student or instructor pursues or achieves a non-martial arts goal, the whole community supports them.

The training is challenging but very rewarding. They support you in your goals and encourage traditional core values that improve you as a martial artist and a person.

When traveling, we have been readily welcomed to train at other PMA schools. They greet us like family and they know our North Augusta instructors through their PMA instructor training.

I can recommend PMA and specifically PMA North Augusta without reservation.

Being in Premier Martial Arts for the past 1 1/2 year, I have seen my daughter grow, make new friends and gain confidence in herself. How she has learned how to defend herself; it has been great. Everybody is so professional and make you feel welcome.

We initially got Grayson involved to help improve his focus and concentration. This program is so much more and not only has his focus improved but his self- confidence and his physical fitness. It’s a great program for any age or ability.

We are so honored to call PMA family! If you are looking for a place that builds forever friendships, look no further! The amount of combined expertise among the Senseis is out of this world. They stay true to traditional martial arts. We couldn't be happier!

Love that my kiddo has grown more confident after her year at PMA. She was getting picked on and physically bullied due to her small size and PMA has taught her practical self defense techniques. Each Sensei is attentive to the students no matter what level they are and how they are developing as a person- not just a student of martial arts.

My son have been an active member of premier martial arts for over 4 years. I have watched him grow from a quiet shy little boy to this outgoing leader. I do recommend Premier Martial for anyone who wants to be physical fit, needs to build self confidence, needs to learn self defense, wants better focus, etc. Amanda Cole can help you get started!!

I was looking to get my wild child involved in something to reinforce confidence, responsibility, self-control, and self-defense and found the perfect place at Premier. The instructors are amazing: Cameron is made for this! In addition to 2 classes a week, they have a ton of events that are wholesome, entertaining, and even educational: parents' night out, sleep overs, competitions, pool parties, etc. We're a Premier family and love our green and gold!

My family has been attending this Premier location since 2018. My son, two daughters, my wife and myself, enjoy the classes and the added benefits of martial arts. The staff here, Krista, Sensei Harvey, as well as Masters Boyd and Gutierrez are always helpful and kind. I could not imagine taking classes anywhere else.

"Why do you pay so much money and spend so much time for your son to do martial arts?" Well, I have a confession to make, I don't pay for Martial A00rts! I don’t pay for my son’s martial arts lessons. I don't pay for his mitts.... or uniforms or competitions.
So, if I am not paying for martial arts, what am I paying for?
- I pay for those moments when my son becomes so tired, he feels like quitting but doesn't.
- I pay for the opportunity that my son can have and will have to make life-long friendships.
- I pay for the chance that he may have amazing instructors that will teach him that martial arts is not just about movement but about life.
- I pay for my son to learn to be disciplined.
- I pay for my son to learn to take care of himself.
- I pay for my son to learn to work with others and to be a proud, supportive, kind, and respectful student.
- I pay for my son to learn to deal with disappointment, when he doesn't get that score, he hoped for, or fell during a move he has practiced a thousand times, but he still gets up and is determined to do him BEST next time...
- I pay for my son to learn to make and accomplish goals.
- I pay for my son to learn to be a leader!
- I pay for my son to learn that it takes hours and hours and hours and hours of hard work and practice to create a champion, and that success does not happen overnight.
I could go on but, to be short, I don't pay for martial arts; I pay for the opportunities that martial arts provides my child to develop attributes that will serve him well throughout him life and give him the opportunity to bless the lives of others.
From what I have seen for many, many years, I think it is a great investment in my child's future!

We have been with Premier for nearly 3 years with our son & love the program. The instructor is amazing & the other staff is very helpful. We are moving soon & hate leaving this studio; it truly has a family feel to it & we will miss everyone here. Our son has learned so much about martial arts, but also values on being a good person.

Nick is the best!!! After a long time at home it was clear to me that my son needed a outlet. I have never seen someone so patient with children. He makes the class fun. My son went from being mopey and unfocused to not just focused but so happy. He practices all the time and can't wait to tell everyone about his classes. So glad to have such a great role model in his life!

My son joined Premier two years ago and he has benefitted in so many ways. He is stronger physically, but more importantly, he is stronger mentally and he has a lot more confidence. The mentoring that Master Aaron and his leadership gives is exceptional. My 3 year old daughter starts classes in a few weeks and I am so excited that she will learn to protect herself and hold her own!

We've had our oldest daughter (currently 6 years old) at Premier for about a year and a half. She LOVES it! We're also getting our 3 year old enrolled soon as well. The entire staff is awesome! Not only are the kids learning martial arts, but they are having fun and are learning valuable life lessons. I highly recommend Premier Martial Arts!

Our 12 year old and 6 year old sons started with Premier in September and it has been an awesome experience! I have seen growth in their confidence level since starting with Premier. The instructors are knowledgeable and work well with the kids. Sensei Cameron is awesome! My kids enjoy coming to class and they look up to him! Sensei Cameron encourages the kids to do their best and give their full potential.

Sensei Cameron does an amazing job getting the young students attention to keep them focused on training. My son has only been training for a couple of months and he’s already improving at home and at school. I’ve never seen him so dedicated. So glad I signed him up for lessons.
