Ashley Store

We had a great experience shopping here. Chenoa gave us a quick rundown of the store layout and where to look for what we wanted, and then left us to look on our own, which we loved! When we had selected something we liked, we talked to her about our concerns and she told us about a protection program that can protect our purchase from just about anything our dogs can throw at it, which put us at ease. She also helped us move around some furniture to help visualize what we wanted. Never experienced that before. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything more than what we wanted, and we feel great about our purchase!

Connor was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We specified our needs, and we’re so satisfied with the furniture that we made a deal on that we bought several more pieces that we weren’t quite ready to buy Because we needed them. He was very knowledgeable and the manager Chris was also very helpful and accommodating.

My wife and I had a super experience in the Ashley Furniture store in the Tulsa Hills shopping district. Conner, our sales associate, was arguably the best representative I’ve ever worked with. He took his time and listened to what we had to say. Then helped us find exactly what we both wanted and needed. He is incredible, which is easy to understand, after meeting his supervisor Chris. Both these guys are certainly well worth asking for. That is if you want help and need advice on the perfect piece of furniture. This is the type place I would send my mom to for any furniture needed.

Excellent customer service. Brooklyn was so great to work with. No high pressure sales. She let us shop and didn’t bother us but was mindful enough to be around when we had questions. The best experience I’ve ever had buying furniture.Low prices too! You should check this place out

Sales associate Ms. King was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Suggestion: check price of product at Mathis in Tulsa before sending customers there to pickup purchase. We checked their inventory and found our purchase was cheaper there and they provided refund of difference which changed the sales associate to them. We decided to return product afterwards, but, would have purchased remaining 5 chairs from them at reduced price.

We walked in looking fir an interior storage bench. The staff was honest and told us they didn't carry what we were looking for. We choose to walk around and ended up purchasing 2 chairs and found a great couch. The sales staff was great.....helpful, informative but not pushy. I would shop there again.

The service was exceptional. Ask for Chris at the Tulsa hills location - you’ll be happy you did. Got us the best price and was very helpful in discussions about the furniture pieces.

Worked with Andrew- he was up front with pricing, explained all benefits, and managed to keep within our budget for financing and monthly while being respectful and answering all questions

Was greeted upon entering the store by Kyle and was asked what we were looking for , told him we were just looking , he said if I can be of any assistance to let him know , and he seen us a few times throughout the store and asked if we still doing ok and we told him yes . When we made our decision, he was right there and assisted us . Very nice salesman and wasn't pushy...Thank you !

I originally went to the Owasso location and was unable to browse the store without the salesperson hunting me. After an hour I left. A week later I went to the Tulsa Hills location and was greeted by Chenoa. She allowed me to browse the entire store before approaching me. Within 30 minutes I chose the pieces I wanted and completed the purchase without feeling any pressure at all. I recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase new furniture.

My Salesman was Kyle Dziadula. His greeting was friendly, not pushy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me directly there. Asked me a few major questions and showed me the options. He took his time to know exactly what I wanted. Therefore, my purchase was easy and quick. It was a great experience. Everybody was very efficient and I was out within no time and had exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much.

I entered the store at 7:56 not realizing they closed at 8 pm. I was greeted by Nathan who assured me there was no rush and he was more than willing to stay and assist me. The experience was amazing! I never felt rush, and he gave me space to browse but seemed to always show up when I had a question. Andrea was great to assist with my financing needs (very prompt and efficient). We ended up with a new living room set and rug. I think I am going back today to purchase a mattress! Top notch customer service.

Hey just wanted to leave a shout out to Chris Bullock for being such a great help in picking my living room furniture. He was by far the best sales person I have ever had. He even let me text him about what I wanted to add to my selection when he was not at work. My experience with him and the others at Ashley's was great, no pressure at all to make a decision immediately and when I finally did everything was ready for me quickly no having to wait for hours. Thanks for all your patience with me guys, I love the new furniture.
