FYI the Google hours are wrong. I checked the hours to see they closed at 7pm. Walked in to pick up my son’s prescription at 5:59. I stood behind a lady. They checked her out at 6:00 and then immediately told me they were closed. I practically begged them to give me my baby’s antibiotic because he was clearly very sick and it was too late in the day to transfer the Rx to another pharmacy. They had absolutely no compassion whatsoever! The prescription was ready and located right behind them and they looked me dead in the eye and said “Google is wrong. We close at 6:00” At this time it’s like 6:00:30 and they could have easily checked me out with the prescription quicker than the time it took them to argue about Google being wrong. Will never send my prescriptions here again.

My child had outpatient surgery on 5/4/23. The doctor called in the prescriptions she would need at 5:16pm. I left the hospital with my 15 year old in the car and drove directly to the pharmacy. She had ACL surgery and the doctors said I needed to get the meds ASAP before the pain blocker wore off. The Walmart pharmacist there was a national shortage of the medications and that I could return in a day or two to pick up the meds??? The techs helped me get the low dose aspirin and other OTC meds listed. The pharmacist said I they closed at 7pm. He said I should go to Publix, who were open until 9pm, to get the meds. He said he would void the prescriptions from the computer. I’m not sure why he filed with my insurance if he wasn’t able to fill the prescriptions??? While standing in Walmart, in front of the pharmacist, I called the after hours doctor to have the prescription moved to Publix. When I got to Publix, I could not get the prescription filled because the pharmacist at Walmart had already billed my insurance and had failed to back them out as he said he would??? The Walmart pharmacist may have gotten to leave sooner, but he wasted my time, the doctors time, the insurance company’s time, and he left my child in pain. After many calls between my insurance and the doctor, Publix was able to fill the prescription … but insurance wouldn’t cover it. My child, who was still in the car where she had been since we left the hospital, suffered needlessly due to Walmart’s error. I received a call this morning from a different Walmart pharmacist to let me know the prescription was the first filled this morning … apparently, they had the meds to fill the prescription last night but the pharmacist was in a hurry to get home … so he left my child in pain. After hearing what happened last night, the new Walmart pharmacist voided the prescriptions and apparently let last night’s pharmacist know that I was upset. Last nights pharmacist then called to make lots of excuses before hanging up on me. Never trust this pharmacy for meds you need. The pharmacist truly doesn’t seem to care. I am thankful that the folks at Publix took the time to talk to the after hours doctor and my insurance company in efforts to help my child when Walmart failed to do the same.

If you like having issues then this is the place to go. The one nice thing they did for me was call me to tell me a prescription wouldn't be ready until a later date. I go pick up my other prescription and one girl asked me for my birthdate I gave it to her and she says they have nothing in que for me. Another lady helps me and enters my correct birthdate and finds it. She then starts making excuses for her co-worker. No the problem lies is lack of training and lack of common sense there. This pharmacy used to be a lot better but over the past two years is has gone down hill. I am using Food Lion from now on.

This walmar gives very bad attention and they say that if you don't like it you change the pharmacy by mistake I asked at that walmar because I've been there other times and it's always the same with those racist people they even laugh at you for being a Mexican
