Hands down the BEST! Jordan was able to come within 30 minutes of the phone call for a busted water line. He was kind, knowledgeable, shared pictures of the before and after project, and was super affordable. I woke up this morning with a plumbing emergency. I tried contacting 6 different companies. Jordan’s company replied instantly and was out to fix the problem within an hour of calling. He was direct, professional, and efficient. He communicated on an easy to understand basis. I am incredibly grateful for Jordan and his services today! He fixed the problem and even under charged me out of kindness because of the position I was in. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him for anyone in the Aiken/North Augusta area. Plumbing issues can be so overwhelming but I can promise you, Jordan is the right man for the job!

My water was backing up and flooding out of a couple areas in our home the day before we were scheduled to leave town, so I called Neighborhood plumbing. They were out to my home within a few hours and he stayed until the issue was fully resolved- being patient when it came to our endless questions. Had an emergency leak that needed to be fixed ASAP. After called several companies in Aiken area I couldn’t get anyone to come out for a least a week. I ran across Jordan’s company and called him, he was quick to fit me in and fix my problem. He did an amazing job, very professional and very affordable. He took his time to explain what the problem was and showed me pictures of where he fixed the pipe under the house. He even took the time to talk to me about pricing for future projects I want/need. Very fast, professional, and they do high quality work. Very reasonably priced. The final cost was even less than the initial estimate. I had the septic pump replaced downstairs. It was bad. They guaranteed their work and warranted the product. Bottom line: Jacob is the ONLY plumber I will call if I ever need anything done that is plumbing related.

Jordan is an all around stand up guy! After dealing with sketchy contractors, we had neighborhood plumbing come and fix all the issues that werent resolved. Jordan was fast, efficient and did a great job. It is nice to know that there are still good honest people out there. We will definitely be recommending Jordan to anyone we know in need of plumbing work and if ever we have new issues arise he'll be our first call!

Jordan is awesome! Reliable, trustworthy, prompt, and courteous. He did a great job at a reasonable price. We called him on a weekend after trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem ourselves, and we had made a bit of a mess. Jordan fixed it fast and left the areas cleaner than when he arrived. I hired Jordan, of Neighborhood Plumber, Ltd to install a water pressure reduction valve and box. In addition, he repaired a problem I had with a shower fixture. He promptly returned my initial call for an appointment and listened courteously as I explained the issue. He assessed what needed to be accomplished and set an appointment within an extremely reasonable timeframe. He arrived at the appointed time and was fully prepared with both tools and the new pieces of plumbing I needed. He worked steadily and efficiently until the job was complete. His pricing is more than reasonable. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I will definitely hire him again.

I really hoped for a sooner appointment but he fit me it where he could I guess. It was a very good experience once he showed up. He and his helper greeted me in the driveway, and as soon as I let them in the house, away they went. They wasted no time and got straight to it. They worked well together and in no time had my plumbing issues resolved. They cleaned up after themselves and kept a clean workspace the entire time. Prices weren't too bad either. I'll definitely use Jordan again when the time comes.

My new go to plumber! My toilet overflowed at 930pm and I tried everything and couldn't fix it. I had no idea who to call...especially at that time of night and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it fixed tonight. My elderly parents are staying with me and that is their bathroom so it would have been extremely difficult if we had to wait till tomorrow. Jordan was great! He answered the phone right away...no machine. He assessed the situation, told me what it would cost if he came out tonight and that it would only be half the charge if he came out the next day during regular hours. When I told him I needed him to come tonight he said no problem and was here within about 15 mins. He expertly fixed the problem and even educated me on what I can do myself if I ever have this problem again. He was polite, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jordan, your neighborhood plumber!

I would highly recommend Jordan. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent work skills. He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything to us so we could make an educated decision with our plumbing issue. He went the extra mile with us and helping us with our drainage issue. Jordan and Nelson are fantastic to work with. You set an appointment and they show up! If they run behind, you know about it! I cannot say enough about Jordan's professionalism and the way he works - he GETS IT DONE! We had a new water heater replaced, toilet rebuilt, outside water spigots replaced and took out all of our cast iron pipes. He is my go to plumber from now on and we are about to do a bathroom remodel. Great company to work with and I'm glad they are a local North Augusta business!

Jordan is professional and friendly. We had a gas leak behind the stove and the gas company had turned off the gas until we could get a plumber to fix it. Jordan was quick to respond. After Jordan left, I realized the gas company representative had turned off the water heater and I didn't know how to light the pilot. Jordan came out of his way after he finished with another customer to light the pilot. He could have just tried to instruct me over the phone, but he came in person and patiently showed me how. It turned out it was easy, but he did not make me feel dumb.
