Aiken County Administrator

I was trying to get my barn cat to a rabies clinic. I went to aikencountysc.gov and there was a rabies clinic schedule. There was one listed for 11-1 at the Aiken County Animal Shelter on April 22. I went to the Shelter and they had no idea what was going on. I was the 2nd person asking today. Ends up that it was a March 2017 schedule! It hasn't been updated for FIVE YEARS! I tried twice to call the Aiken County Administration office. The first time they sent me to enforcement which had no option for rabies clinics. I called a 2nd time and they sent me to the Shelter which is where I started and they had no idea. My poor cat has been in the crate for 2 hours trying to get him a shot. The SPCA will do it but I have to wait for ANOTHER hour! I've wasted a lot of time and gas, and my poor cat being in the crate so long, because of this incompetence.
