Femme & Fitt

I have been coming to Femme & Fitt for the past 7 months. I love this gym! I enjoy coming here multiple times a week because Laura is a awesome instructor and is great about reminding you how far you’ve come and encouraging you to keep going. Karalee is an excellent trainer knowing but pushing your limits to become a stronger and toned woman. Bridgette teaches Zumba and it is always a fun and uplifting class. I enjoy the variety of classes and how they change the classes so your not getting the exact same workout every week. The Saturday classes are my favorite as they are longer and push you harder while having fun. “Anger Management” is my favorite Saturday class when it is available. I encourage anyone to try a class and find a gym home in Femme & Fitt.

I love love love this fitness center Femme & Fitt! It has the best trainers and they really work with you to get you where you want to be and to stay. It's become a lifestyle I can keep up...and not only Am I getting in good shape but they make it fun! The women I work out with are the coolest.

Looking for a place to feel at home, get instruction, get encouragement, get support, get personal care and attention to be the best “fitt” in your life with other like minded “femmes”? Dear Laura and Karalee,
Due to those 30 minute classes I was able to shovel 3-4 includes of wet snow off of a 2 car driveway! Did that feel good? You bet. Dana P.
