I reserved a full size truck and received a very nice 2023 Silverado, which is what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will rent from here again.

My first time using Payless and the experience was great. My flight was cancelled and I checked all locations at the airport and no one had any cars available and all were extremely rude while dealing with them except at Avis/Payless. After 45 minutes of walking from counter to counter the gentleman at Payless (don’t remember his name) actually tracked me down to let me know he had a car come available. I always use National/Enterprise and have for years but they definitely will not be getting my business back for this location.

Was affordable, fast, and extremely easy to use. The person behind the desk was personable and assisted us well and fast; I wish I asked his name for this review.

The agent was helpful and asked if I were a member of AARP, giving me the extra driver discount which I would have otherwise missed out on.

Everything was great, including price. Had to wait in line for awhile, only one staff member t for 4-5 different rental car companies. Not sure how you overcome this. But everything else was perfect. Staff was friendly and professional, both at pickup and drop off. I will definitely use Payless Car Rental again!

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, but lately I have rented from them and either there were no cars available after I made the reservation online or the car I requested was overbooked. I decided to try Payless/Budget and have been extremely satisfied. The attendant at the booth was very efficient and kind and the drop off was quick and easy. Their overall customer service is the best I have received anywhere I have gone in a long time. I will definitely be renting from Payless/Budget from now on.

We were received well with friendly and prompt attention at the Philadelphia International Airport Payless Car Rental. Wanda was our service agent and explained everything in detail and answered our questions. We had a wonderful experience.

Great price and friendly staff. Only downside to the service would be I had to go back to the counter after returning the car. I didn't get stuck with any extra fees that I am aware. The car was a slight upgrade from mini economy to Ford Focus 5-door. Pretty low to the ground and sporty. Great mileage, high 30s, and comfortable. Transmission surging was slightly annoying on acceleration. But I presume its from wear and tear from shifting into Drive. The car shifted into LOW way too easy and missing DRIVE if you weren't careful.

Checkin in and out was a breeze. I rented a full size car and got a Mustang. Driving this car was a great experience. Not really that bad in gas when using in highway. I highly recommend. Payless.

well as the selection being exactly what I chose. Finally the staff was friendly from point A-Z. I even had to extend my rental by a few hours and they were understanding with no extra charge

This is the first time in about ten rentals where I booked a Sedan and got one. Tired of being told that an SUV is some kind of upgrade. Payless gave me what I paid for. Thank you.
