Great local coffee roastery. The atmosphere is super positive and the coffee is great. Stop in here on my way to Bucksnort Cigar store.

The critics or bots who rate 1 star don't share their reasons. Why not provide a reason the service, food and atmosphere see 1 star? We don't see it.

I feel very blessed to have this shop in North Augusta! The atmosphere just makes you feel great. I love that they grind their own coffee and have always been very helpful in explaining everything to me. There are a lot of us out there who do NOT like Starbucks… don’t like their coffee and don’t like supporting a company who are very open about their dislike of Christians. I also love the fact that we support a LOCAL business!! I hope you continue to prosper and that our community supports STONE ROASTERY!!

This is a lovely hidden gem off the beaten path. Coming from Nashville I missed really good coffee while in NA, SC. Then I found Stone Roastery. Amazing coffee. Perfection. Expert roasted. Great variety. Sold by the cup if you want to sit a while and chat with a friend, or by the bag. They not only offered to grind it for me, but asked what method I would be preparing the coffee to get the correct grind. Impressive. The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. Prices are typical for a local coffee shop and roaster. I highly recommend!

Last two winters when we snow birded here in the Augusta area I never found a good roaster. I'm spoiled by my Vermont roaster where I get my favorite, Italian roast. The baristas at Stone called their boss, the Roaster, to get his recommendation for the closet coffee he had to an Italian roast. Although I was ready to purchase their darkest roast, he recommended his Carbon blend, a medium roast instead. He was right. It's pretty darn good! His baristas ground the beans coarsely for a French press and I had a pot when I got back to the Airbnb. Can not recommend them highly enough. I've found my SC winter roaster.

Coffee is first rate and service always friendly. Solid atmosphere for team meetings or just hanging out. Outside seating under the carport is pleasant when the weather cooperates!

Great people, fantastic product, and cool place. The owner built a lot of the interior himself, so there are a lot of personal touches. He also takes great pride in sourcing his beans and getting the roast pattern just right. It's a family establishment and there's plenty for kids. Cannot recommend this place enough, and don't leave without trying the cake!

I just want to say that the one star reviews are bogus. This is clearly people who have an axe to grind for whatever reason, because nobody could honestly rate this coffee, food and place one star. The people are always friendly, it's a comfortable and low-key atmosphere and their baked goods are amazing! Great coffee too.

The selection of coffee, from speciality to traditional options is exceptional. The baristas were very friendly and the service, considering it was somewhat busy, was relatively timely and short. I definitely enjoy the atmosphere and decor in the shop, as it’s very unique and interesting to look at while waiting. I’ve visited this shop a few instances in the past year, and all my experiences have been great. I would personally recommend this shop to anyone in the North Augusta area!

I wish this coffee shop was closer to my house BUT it is still always a treat to get over there and enjoy a delicious latte and huge slice of homemade cake. I come here about 6x a year and the service is always fast and friendly.

This is my favorite coffee spot by far. The staff is always super friendly, I love their choices of lattes. They have delicious teas. Their cakes and muffins are amazing. I do wish they varied breakfast sandwiches and were open later Mondays- wensday but other than that they are great. I highly recommend them.

Excellent coffee ...I like midnight run and jalopy...though I'm kinda stuck on those two I haven't tried alot of themm...the 1776 is an excellent light roast for evening after dinner delight....I need to broaden my Roastery horizons for more of their excellence!!!

Got me some coffee from really good coffee went with a friend of mine who loves coffee like i do been living in North Augusta for 3 years i think it would be cool if yall made yalls coffee in K Cup form and sale them in yall s coffee shop just a thought

Definitely recommend you must try. It is nothing like the big chain stores. It is a feel of relaxation fabulous coffee and dessert

Stone Roastery is a great little spot in North Augusta to get fabulous coffees and teas and amazing cakes made in-house! If you're anywhere in the area be sure to check them out!
