Budget Car Rental

October 2023 - Tulsa Airport - Took a Lyft ride here from Tulsa Club. (I need to add here that all of our Lyft drivers up until this point were really personable, polite and efficient in their driving skills.) This Budget car rental got us into our rental in a good amount of time and out of our rental even faster on return despite the drop off lanes having three or four each in line. My partner chose the "manager's special" or "mystery deal/rate" (depending on the company) when booking online to save money. We scored. They gave us a huge new Dodge Ram Bighorn that was perfect for our location and destination. Loved how much space there was with the back seat and multiple compartments. Lots of bells and whistles but not so many it was too difficult to drive. Great price. Highly recommend this Budget.

When we arrived at the airport in Tulsa OK, we were guided to the rental desk and the attendant at the desk helped us and made changes to our contract on the spot. We went to pick up the vehicle and it was ready with a full tank of gas. Once we returned the vehicle we informed the attendant that the front driver side tire had a nail in it and that all of the tire pressures were low. He stated that he would take care of it and seek the mail to have the tire fixed.

I had a fantastic experience with this rental car service. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The rental process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental car company for anyone in need of reliable transportation. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I returned a F 150 Sunday, September 24 to Budget car rental at the Tulsa airport. We had no issues with the truck we rented to move some furnishings. Our doorbell rang around midnight. The young man said he was from Avis. He showed my husband a ladies wallet with my ID and credit cards. I had left it in the truck when we filled up. I had no idea the wallet was not in my purse. This young man drove to our home to return the wallet. It was late and the young man left so quickly we did not have a chance to thank him properly. I would like the opportunity to thank him for going out of his way to return my wallet. Everything was intact. This truly a wonderful and honest young man you have working for you. He saved me from a great deal of grief and frustration having to replace all those items.

Budget bailed me out after Hertz failed. I arrived to pick up my Hertz Van that was reserved for my vacation. No one was there the place was locked up and when I called Hertz they could not do anything about it - the people at Budget were awesome and got me on the road with a great vehicle - Thanks Budget for everything

I recently rented a Budget rental car at Tulsa Int'l Airport. The Budget rental booth is the closest one to the Airport exit just across the street. When I had a minor problem with the car, Budget replaced the car immediately with no mess, no bother. I have rented cars at other agencies previously at Tulsa, but from now on, I will always use Budget.

Renting from budget was easy and the car was great. The weather was freezing cold and the car had heated seats and steering wheel, I LOVED IT :) ♥ I will definitely rent from Budget again.

I left my car / house keys In the rental car in Tulsa Oklahoma..I live in San Diego...the staff found them called and instructed me how I could get them..I went on line and had my keys back in less than 36 hrs (FedEx) AWESOME JOB!!!😲🥴😁😁😁👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Renting from Budget was the easiest car rental I have ever done. Rented online from home. I don’t think it even took 10 minutes to finish the paperwork at the rental desk and right across the street to pickup the car!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived in Tulsa after the rental counter was supposed to be closed, and I was surprised to see that they were still open and my rental car was still available.

One of the best Budgets that I have experienced is in Tulsa. Staff are always friendly, cars are new. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work at the garage under the Tulsa sun though. But great ppl.

Pick up and drop off was quick & easy. My deposit was returned within hours. The car was great! I will definitely rent from Budget next time I need a vacation vehicle.

The staff for Budget/Avis rentals at the Tulsa Airport was very helpful and professional. At pickup, my first car was making an odd noise so the staff switched me to another, similar car with no hassle in a matter of minutes. I would definitely rent from them again.

Each time I’ve rented a car from them, it’s clean and felt to drive. Their pick up and return process is hassle free. I’ve never experienced customer service issues. Budget never disappoints.

When other rental companies were sold out, Budget had a great variety of vehicles at reasonable pricing

I had no trouble renting car from Tulsa Airport location. Very efficient and friendly. I have had trouble renting out of Chicago O'Harae though.
