We've been wanting to purchase a lot in Vintage Oaks for a long time. Todd Bednar has been helping us off and on over the years. Recently, were finally able to purchase our land. Todd was extremely helpful and professional, as always. He is very patient and has a great deal of knowledge about the Vintage Oaks community and the buying process. We experienced excellent care and service from everyone during our transaction, and highly recommend Vintage Oaks, Todd and the entire top-notch team.

My experience with Vintage Oaks, and in particular Todd Bednar the Land Sales Representative was great. Todd was very responsive from the time myself and family contacted him. He was willing to work with us from the beginning in a very personable way.
Todd is a great representative for his company, but he also genuinely cares about the customer and getting it right for them. This can be a hard balance for most to do the right thing for both, but he does this very well. He and his team worked with me and my family closely to achieve our first goal and dream.
I am now in the process of obtaining an acre of land at Vintage Oaks! I would recommend anyone looking for a great experience in obtaining a piece of the dream to contact Todd. He will do his best to make it happen.

We were uncertain about buying property and building a home. Our process took 3 trips to Texas and stretched over 2 years. We liked Darren the first time we met him, and in my view, you have to like and trust a person before you will buy anything from them. He gave us the pros and cons on each lot we looked at but never tried to lock us down on a sale. I have been in sales for over 30 years and I appreciate people who give you the time to figure out what you want to do.

Yep, we're some of those Californians headed to New Braunfels (we love NB just the way it is, don't worry!). After watching hundreds of YouTube videos, we decided Vintage Oaks was where we'd like to settle for good. Keith Jackson was friendly, helpful and, most importantly, helped us understand some of the important things to look for when buying property in Texas -- whether we bought in Vintage Oaks or not. Everyone associated with Vintage Oaks is professional, kind, and helpful; we're grateful to have found our new home!

If you have the cash to buy here you will be happy with the peace and quiet. Its very much OFF the highway and quiet. Pretty, and close to the lake. Nice little drive.

Viki Wernert and Terre Collins are a fantastic team of realtors. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome in Texas, spent multiple days showing us houses not just in Vintage Oaks, but around New Braunfels, and never pressured us to commit to something even though we were choosy. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled agents. Ultimately, we ended up buying directly from an owner up in San Marcos, but we felt so well taken care of by Viki and Terre that we still wanted to write them this review. If ever we have real estate needs again in New Braunfels or the surrounding region, we will not hesitate to call Viki and Terre.

Angela was knowledgeable about the area and took the time to educate us on Texas realty (coming from Minnesota). She took us out several times, patient even though we went back to 2 homes several times to get it right. Angela is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
