Road Runner Food Mart (Shell)

Stopped here to use the RV dump station. Very friendly staff. Only $5 to use the dump station, which is located on the Chambers St. side of the property next to the road. There is a hose located next to the building that will reach the dump station to flush your tank.

Average service station. Air pump works here. Decent coffee.

To be honest I have always enjoyed this store and still kinda do. That is only when the right people are working because the weekend graveyard shift is completely out of line with my self and slot more than just me will atest for this person's hate towards srrten folks just because living situations some good folks have unfortunately sercome to

We live close by, so we stop by every so often for snacks and drinks and whatnot. Having worked and currently work in the service industry I know what to expect from a business that works with the general public. However I can't remember a time where the attendant was at least pleasant here. But hey it's a gas station so whatever, expectations are low.

The most recent experience was the lowest. My wife goes in for a late night snack and drink - 24 oz White Claw for the two of us to share. The attendant flat out tells my wife "I'm not going to sell you this" (the alcoholic beverage). No reason why, just "no". She asked questions to my wife that made her feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is the same person who is there each night who makes ME feel uncomfortable when I shop here, so I feel that this time is the final time we will patronize this business. I'll reach out to whoever is in charge to communicate our concerns as well because this isn't a one-off behavior from this person.

To top it off, the gas prices are the highest in town. But its "Shell" gas so take that as you will. Maybe that is worth the extra +$0.30 or so per gallon to you.

Faulty safety mechanism always shuts off pump after two or three seconds, and latch does not spring back, so pumping is an absolute nightmare for 50¢ more a gallon. Never coming back.

First time using their pumps. A normal experience. I had to get my receipt inside - customer service was poor. Woman working was at the back - came forward when i called out "hello?", I said i had to come in for the receipt, she punched into the till, handed my receipt, I said thanks, she grunted mmm,
turned away....yikes !!! Sorely lacking in any type of personality, no smile, no good morning or anything but a "mmm"....never going back there !!!!
