Dairy Queen

Always a great experience and tasty food. They are a bit slow but it's supposed Tobe freshly made so I expect that. I got the Rotisserie chicken instead of strips because I didn't want to hurt my gums and teeth on crunchy food. There was definitely not enough meat but it was tasty and juicy. They frys were perfect not too much salt like McDonald's.. lol

Kids working were very nice. Made on the the best Hot Fudge Sunday she's ever had. Great job.

I never go inside, but for the money, the food is great. Love the soft serve ice cream!

Very clean and the best strawberry shake I've ever had and I'm 82 years old.

The employee Blake was wonderful. There was an elderly couple in front of me who had a lot of questions and specific requests. They changed their minds several times. Blake was patient and kind the whole time. Thanks for hiring such great staff!

On Friday 9/8 we arrived at Kelso Dairy queen around 130 pm. We arrived with 7 special needs adults and 3 helpers. We were greeted by Amanda and proceeded to get each persons order. Our group can have communication and understanding challenges and Amanda was gracious helpful and very understanding in dealing with our group. She was wonderful and made the process much easier than it could have been. Otherwise, we were able to get a total of 10 adults orders taken food received, and Happily fed prior to going to the movie the lobby was very clean and tidy. There was one gentleman cleaning tables and maintaining the lobby beautifully. Amanda and the staff did an amazing job, their professionalism, their speed and their kind attitude was refreshing and wonderful. I think the staff at Kelso, Dairy Queen for doing such a wonderful job this is not something that we will see in many locations very often anymore. Thank you again Kelso Dairy Queen staff.

I usually have no issues with this place. The food is amazing. I’ve been going here since I was 10 and now am 32. It’s been about ten years since I have visited but went back and am a regular again. The staff so far are bland but nice and have forgotten a few things but not as bad as McDonald’s or Burger King! And always made it right!

Arrived at drive-thru exactly at 9:30pm. We were told they just closed. They listened to our disappointment and kindly decided to give up 2 free cones. We appreciate them supporting our late night cravings.

Amanda and Kayla were super nice and welcoming. They were understanding and able to make me an ice cream pup cup for my dog.

6 buck lunch was a perfect meal! Just the right size.

The cashier who took our order did a great job even with all the special orders; The order was fresh and delicious and came quickly.

We stop and order ice cream often. The drive through is very efficient and fast. The staff is friendly. My grand daughter and I finally stopped to eat inside. My first review about the restaurant: very clean, food was hot and fast service. The restroom was ok, it smells like heavy cleaning products, I guess that should be a good thing. The only negative about this place, I is off the normal path through town, out of the way but worth it.

Great place to get frozen treats. I like to get the shakes there's all different kinds of flavors.

Dairy Queen is so dang good. I don’t buy ice cream from any other shop. They’ve had some misses is the new things they’ve released (the frozen hot chocolate is grainy and way too sweet) but they always have nice staff and the peanut buster parfait is always a hit.

No waiting on drive through this time. The second person to help me was wonderful. She didn't show a bad attitude when I asked for another meal even after seeing the line of cars behind me. I appreciate that. I hoped they were all like that.

The staff very awesome. We ordered a plain and dry hamburger for our dogs and they handed out a box that also contained some chicken strips and labeled it Doggo. Thank you all for the treats, they loved them. It's little things, like that, that makes us come back...and we will come back.

Our meals were made fresh and served hot and the ice cream treats were perfect! We received our order quickly and everything was delicious! The Pumpkin Pie Blizzard with chunks of real pumpkin pie is especially tasty!!!

In the world of drive through fast food desert, the DQ is Five Stars. The Sea Salt Toffee Fudge Bizzard is the Bomb!!!! I have had this blizzard at several different DQ locations and I find it very interesting, the variations of this blizzard at the different locations. No, they are not exactly the same at each location, some have more caramel, some do more Toffee, some more Fudge. Regardless of how they are prepared, they DO NOT disappoint.

Great place, outside of building and stuff could use some work, but overall, inside is amazing. Cool; major amount of food options outside of just ice cream; extremely friendly staff and workers; triple confirms orders before sending you on your way.

I give the young lady working the cashier today A ABSOLUTE THUMBS UP ,HIGH 5, and If i was her boss I'd make sure to keep her happy and working...
