My sales person Robert Gaddy was great! He helped me find the car I wanted and I had a great experience with the sales side of the business. However, the service side not so much at this moment. I would like to say first off that they are in the middle of fixing the issue so I will be updating my review soon. But they promised to fix the bumper and they did a very poor job at touching it up. As you can see in the pictures. But they said they will make it right so I'm giving them the chance. We will see what happens. But as of right now I would say definitely buy a car here but would not do service here, with my current opinion. If they fix the issue and make it right then my opinion might change. UPDATE: They fixed my bumper the right way. I'm very happy with the final outcome just wish they would have done it right the first time. But it was fixed and I am a happy customer. I have been looking for this exact car for some time and I finally found it at Wholesale inc. I contacted them via email and they contacted back right away. My salesman was Greg Fuller and he was excellent! I was out of town for work so I had to do everything via email, text messages and phone calls. Greg got the car detailed and sent me pictures of every possible angel of the exterior and interior. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the Jeep. I have purchased many cars and I have to say the process is never enjoyable my any means. I arrived at the dealership at 6 o'clock on Friday night and left with my gorgeous car at 7:30. Greg and the entire staff at Wholesale, Inc made the entire process easy and actually enjoyable. He took me around the dealership I have to say it is nicer and cleaner then any new car dealership that I have ever been in including their service department. If anyone is in the market for a nice used car I totally recommend seeing Greg at Wholesale, Inc in Madison, TN.

Why I give Wholesale 5 stars, Is not the fact that they sell cars but the fact they have a free awesome group fitness gym workouts in the rear of the store. It's pretty amazing.

I drove from Baton Rouge to Nashville to purchase this vehicle. I told them i didn't want to miss game day at tiger stadium so they opened Sunday the next day exclusively for me. Calvin, my salesmen, worked with me on the pricing and logistics and kept me informed every step of the way. Could not be more impressed with their service and inventory.

The husband and I traveled three hours for this beauty. Tons of vehicles and great prices. I think our salesman's name was Luke or Lucas? However, I'll definitely be going back to get myself a new car as well.

This place was great, I had a credit score close to 800. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they check out all the vehicles again before they are purchased off the lot. They walk through all the paperwork and make you feel appreciated. Ask for Chris Dennison because this guy did an amazing job by keeping in contact then following later on about the truck. I was told one interest rate which was great then the manager came back later on before I came back to pick up my Grand Cherokee and gave me a way better interest rate. Then we talked about the gap insurance that would cover the electrical too. I will be dealing with them moving forward and would recommend them.

I just purchased my second truck from these guys in the last year and a half, only mistake i made was giving the big dealers a chance first only to be let down. Should have come to these guys first both times and not wasted my time with the big dealers. Brandon was great to work with, i called in about a truck i saw on their website that was exactly what i was looking for. He asked when i was planning on coming in and when i got there he had it right there waiting for me to check out and test drive. He was very polite and easy to work with and put no pressure on the sale. The process took probably about 2 and a half hours from the time we showed up at their location. Such a stress free awesome purchasing experience and i can not express how thankful i am to have a place to go for my car purchasing needs where i get a screaming deal on top of friendly service! I will recommend Wholesale Inc to anyone before even thinking about mentioning a name brand dealer. I was impressed every step of the way with Wholesale Inc. I first inquired about a car online and they were so quick to contact me back and set up a time to take it for a test drive. I worked with Justin Johnston for the whole process after that. Justin was very quick to respond, flexible to my schedule, and extremely helpful! I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger on the first car but Justin followed up and continued to search for a car he thought fit what I was looking for, and he quickly found the perfect one! I never once felt pressured in any way into a sale and I felt Justin genuinely just wanted to help me find the right car for me. I was so happy with my purchase and walked away feeling like I got an amazing deal! They were also so understanding that I was waiting on my insurance claim check for my previous car and allowed me to move forward with the buying process, knowing there might be a delay in the full down payment. I would highly recommend Wholesale Inc. and Justin! With their large inventory and helpful staff.. you will absolutely find what you are looking for and will enjoy the process along the way!

Could not have had a better experience. We got a great vehicle at a great price, dealt with a friendly, professional staff, and never felt pressure or like we were being sold to. Our associate was Ben Webster, and I would HIGHLY recommend him. He actually noticed a couple of tire issues that I missed and had them fixed before we signed anything. He easily could have kept his mouth shut and I’d have had no idea. Highly, highly recommend!!

Had the most amazing buying experience I have ever had. Obtained my own financing and negotiated the deal over the phone due to living out of state. Once I arrived, my salesman Matt Butch greeted me and made this car buying experience incredible. There were a few issues I addressed that were immediately taken care of. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

They made the process so quick and easy! They did a great job of working with me through email and getting as much done as possible. Chris was so very helpful and accommodating! I had the best car buying experience I've ever had at Wholesale Inc. Mostly because Mark Jones is the most helpful, laid back, genuine person to ever sell a used car. He's a good listener and proved to me that he really wanted to help me find what I wanted. He provided his input when asked and didn't try to get me to commit to anything until I was sure. Wholesale Inc sticks to their prices. When they say " no haggle", they mean it. The price won't budge and the trade-in value is the only thing they can maybe adjust, so be aware of that. It shouldn't be a problem because they have amazing prices and they don't try to add on any B.S. Fees. the invoice is clean and straight forward and the whole buying process is super fast. They sell a ton of cars and put them on auction for other used car dealers all the time. the car lot is staggeringly huge. They were also the only dealership to beat my credit union's APR financing and the warranty offer was cheap enough and comprehensive enough that I actually took advantage of it and I never ever buy the warranty. They've really got their act together. I'm buying every car from now on here.

It will be 1 year in October since I purchased my SUV. My experience beginning with the day after my purchase was absolutely HORRIBLE!! The staff at Wholesale Inc. was not only rude and unprofessional but raised my anxiety to a level that is to this day nothing I have ever experienced before.

Last week, the General Manager of this location contacted me about my experience. I explained what had happened honestly to just make him aware of the reputation the business had after my experience. I am flabbergasted by the level of customer service that I was given by him and the new staff at the Madison location. They insisted on making the deal right with me. They have taken my SUV back to the service department after all of this time, to give a thorough inspection and make any repairs that are needed.

It is my understanding that they have just about an entirely new staff, which they needed, and it certainly shows!!!

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

My Nissan Versa had the transmission go out after only 4 years, so finding myself needing a new car at this time was a bit of a shock. I’d heard about Wholesale Inc in Mount Juliet from a friend who had just bought a car there as well from Scott and had a wonderful experience. Scott was off the day we went in so we worked with Jamie. He was so great to work with and I never once felt pressured or compelled to do anything. After testing a Toyota Corolla L on their lot, we decided that the LE model on their Madison lot would be a good fit for me. I left there at 1pm and they already had the car over there by 5pm. It had everything I was looking for and felt like a perfect fit. Once we negotiated a very fair price, they even allowed me to take the car home that night after putting down a small portion of the deposit even though I had told them I wouldn’t be able to bring the full deposit until the next day. I had been using a rental for the past week so they saved me from having to pay another day. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us come out of a stressful and unfortunate situation and leave feeling like family. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and these great people to anyone buying a vehicle.

I quickly found a vehicle I liked online. It was made available for me to browse in a covered and clean area without the pressure of anyone standing over my shoulder. The vehicle was in great shape. After test driving the SUV, I decided to make the purchase. Their trade-in offer was fair and no one tried to push me through the buying process. Everyone I encountered was professional, personable, and honest. Some dealership experiences come with an all-day commitment. I was in an out in a very expeditious manner. Today, my wife and I were shopping for a vehicle for her. We had previously purchased a vehicle from Wholesale Inc. and knew that based on that experience wanted to purchase from them again. I cannot say enough about our friend/salesman Jason Taylor. I can say that it was a pleasure doing business with Jason. No pressure, just an awesome experience. The whole staff was great. Jason walked us through the facility while we were waiting on financing. He showed us the facility where they have free to the public programs and told us about the program that the owner, Steve, had started for special needs people. My wife and I were touched by the community outreach from Wholesale Inc. We got the opportunity to meet Steve and he was very nice and personable. Like I said before, I just can't say enough about the buying experience at Wholesale Inc. Do yourself a favor with your next car buying experience and do business with Wholesale Inc.

The people I worked with at Wholesale Inc (Elijah, Justin, and Ben) were all wonderful. Both personable but not over the top, and also not at all pushy. It genuinely felt like they just wanted to see me get into the car that I wanted. They brought over a car from the MJ location, but by the time it arrived, I was already sold on another. Never heard a word about the inconvenience of having to bring over the car from the other lot (which is about an hour away) when I barely even looked at it. Excellent service, excellent people, I'd send my daughter to buy a car from these guys.

Great guys and girls at Wholesale. They bought my Jeep and gave me by far the best price and ended up finding me the perfect car to replace it. Shout out to Nick the salesman, who stuck with me through the entire process and even 2 months after the sale still answers my questions and is willing to help out any way he can. I'm very impressed. I will be a return customer!
