I recently came to this pharmacy about a month ago from our towns CVS. i am so glad that I made the switch. Every person in this pharmacy professional and kind. They KNOW their job. Thank YOU all kindly for your service.

I buy my groceries from Brookshires and when the pharmacy opened I transfered A all of the families RX'S Brookshires and have never regretted doing so. The staff are amazing and are really on top about the use of new RX's told me they had contacted my DR. about contractions between a new RX and if we change the # of pills could save $.
They have hard to find "culanary" items and receive the produce straight from the garden not to mention the meat appears to still moooo or oink.
Can you tell I love Brookshires?
I rarely go to Walmart any more.

Always a pleasurable experience.

Can't ask for better service. Somebody is always available to take groceries out (they insist and fight over who gets to take them out), always polite (yes ma'am and sir), and refreshing. Great Staff!!! The only draw back is prices are slightly higher but in most incidents it is worth the 5-10 cents for the service.

VERY FLEXIBLE HOURS. CONVIENENT. NICE STAFF. CLEAN STORE. ALWAYS HAVE MY MEDS FILLED WHEN I CALL FOR REFILLS. FLU SHOT. ALL SERVICE THUMBS UP. 👍

I must have been unlucky - and was served by a ‘humiliating and rude’ Pharmacy Tech. (In mid - July)

I immediately moved my prescriptions.

I’m not ‘strong’ enough to have my personal health situation talked about so publicly loud and so cavalierly - so, I won’t be back.

Could have just been a ‘bad day’ - or ‘disgruntlement’ - over the Walgreen’s acquisition.

Doesn’t matter tho - as I won’t be back to give Walgreen’s a chance. ☹

worst service,wait in ln line for thirty minutes to be told order not on time after calling in day before, then want you to wait another 30 minutes to have order hand filled very slow this store has really gone down

I share someone else's sentiment that they must be unlucky. I am very frustrated. We have tried to pick up my medication refill 5 times. I received a text that the medication was ready, my husband tried to pick it up and the pharmacy closed at noon, he came back the following day twice and they were having computer issues and could not assist. We have been back twice today and they say they can't fill it because it was filled the day they were closed. They have been very condensing about us not picking it up before noon on the same day it was filled, which is the day they closed at noon. I don't live in town and I work full-time. They reported it was returned to stock after noon the same day they filled it and the system still shows as filled and they cannot refill. That is unacceptable. I work in a hospital and this would be a patient care reportable issue, not to mention their attitude that this is my fault.

Why do I have to wait forever for them to pick up the phone. The new system didn't work and when I tried to get an actual person on the line I waited and waited and finally gave up. Brookshires pharmacy was way better!
