Jack in the Box

Haven't been to Jack In The Box in quite some time. Today was a great visit. Customer service was great, the original tacos were scrumptious and the place was looking pretty spiffy. Lots of new items on the menu and lots to choose from. Gabe, our cashier was young, kind and professional.
Kayleene & Emily worked and kept the place tidy while attending to the customers in drive-thru. Thumbs up2the6pm crew on our arrival!

Amazing service. I don't want to get anyone in trouble so I'll just say what happened not who. I came through the drive thru close to closing time awhile back and they were only accepting cash at the moment and I didn't have a card on me so I was going to have to pass. Well the lady said go ahead and come through and I'll give you some fries at least since we can't accept your payment. Well we get to the window and they have us our whole order and extra fries. I was in tears there is not that many nice people left in this world today and I wish there was more people like that. Thing she didn't know is that was the last of my money that I was spending already and I didn't know when I'd have anymore money to eat again cuz I just lost my job. Probably shouldn't of been spending it on Jack in the box but I was no where near home and my daughter was starving so I'm very grateful for people like that. And I hope no one gets in trouble.

Brought 21 hungry kids in on Saturday Dec 9th at about 6:30pm. Great staff working. They were friendly, patient and got 23 orders right with no issues. Food was made and brought out pretty quickly for the size of the order. Would go again!

Freshest cleanest and best jack n the box I have been too, the jumbo platter was loaded piping hot and hit the spot. I would actually eat here 4 times a week compared to other jacks which is once every 5 months if I lived here.

I love the people that work here and as always the food is very good and fast!

We had to drive to this location since the Longview one wouldn't serve us, even though they were open. The staff here was super friendly and the service was prompt. Our food was yummy like it always is too!! We will definatrly make the drive to this location over Longview!! Thanks for being amazing when the other store was 100% NOT!

This is a fast food place that is very reliable about getting for food to you in a very orderly manner. Its hot, your order is correct and its even bagged according to your order. If your order a number 1 for example, its bagged with your burger and fries in one bag. Most people may not think this may matter, but when you have kids that are hungry, and you can hand them their own bag, instead of rifling through a bag just to hand them their food, can be very helpful. Also the store is located right off Interstate 5, so it makes for a quick and easy stop.

Food was hitting different. Was chilling with the homies. Guy who helped us was chill. We got our food fast and it was good.

Customer service sometimes is lacking, just a smile when ya step up to the counter to order. I know its fast food work but always take pride in your job ya doing. Milk shakes are awesome, burgers are just as well. Fris are good if fresh, I also like there breakfast just dont order it after 2pm.

I love the jacksonville's chicken sandwich and the fact that they have multiple flavors of soda including zero sugar.

Super sweet people working here and food was fresh and as good as any Jack's. Only bothering to post because the employees were so nice, especially the drive through worker. (Dempsey? Danny?) Totally went out of tgeir way for me while I was travelling and it was super appreciated. Also, next to a Starbucks!

They absolutely killed it for me, way better than usual for jack in the box.

They were short staffed and my food was still hot. The drive thru and fronter worker was very nice

This is the good jack in the box in the area. They are pretty on top of it. Staff is always friendly pokemon guy and Alina (pretty sure I spelled that wrong) are my faves. They rarely mess stuff up and if they do they are super chill about fixing it.
Tbh I kind of want to hire most of this team.

I was craving Egg Rolls. Got 2. Still warm and delicious 20 minutes later after finishing my drive Home. I usually get 2 Tacos also. But I was just too stuffed from Lunch.

They have the very best Oreo cookie shakes of all the restaurants even Dairy Queen. Yum

I ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. Everything was ready when I got to the window. The teriyaki bowl and egg roll were good. I will be returning.

Super friendly and employees happily fix any errors on orders.

I love the tacos they got a friendly staff and they're always pretty quick and always there when you need them and I love their new sourdough King Burger something whatever it is it's awesome
