Took my car up to Kevin's after talking to his worker. I drove 8 hours round trip to go get a transmission for my car. Dropped it off and then the following day dropped my car off mind you this was 3 weeks ago and was told it would be done in a couple days just a simple transmission swap there was a van sitting on the lift getting an engine and it still wasn't done to this day. Kept getting the runaround was told one day my car was in the shop with the transmission out went up there two days later to pay for it no work had been done on my car and it was sitting in the exact same spot I took it over a week prior. Then finally get a hold of Kevin last week said he would get right on it today being Tuesday and then I get a call from the shop saying come get the car because they have a problem with their lease and they're not going to be working on any cars anymore. Now I don't know if that's true or not like I said I was getting the runaround for about 3 weeks I was supposed to start my new job up around Michigan yesterday and the shop knew I needed my car before then and was promised several times that it would be done but instead they wasted 3 weeks out of my 30-day warranty for my transmission no kind of compensation for my troubles or anything else. I had to be the one to contact them to find out what's going on because they would not stay in contact at all yes they might be the cheapest but they're not the most reliable. Like I said whenever I finally got a hold of Kevin he acted like he didn't even care. Even though he promised me he would get on it today I would not take any vehicle up there to even get an oil changed I would rather trust Walmart because all they did was waste my time my money and my trust.
