Love the staff in the store. And always willing to help me when I need it! Love coming here for the last 3+ years and buying all my body care needs! Even the candles smell really nice and I might have to have a candle intervention. 💙

Wonderfully seasonal smells as well as all the usual and unusual combinations and done up in beautiful balms...soaps..cologne..candles..every wonderful way you can imagine...have a wonderful holiday and an even better new year...😇🌟✌🙏plus valentines day is coming up...don't forget that especially wonderful teacher, assistant, spouse, they have lots of fabulous guy scents too..xoxox

Whenever I go into this place, I can't resist smelling the lotions and looking at all the bottles of nice smelling lotions and perfumes that they have. Huge selection of candles and awesome sales throughout the year. I have to keep away so that I don't overspend whenever I am in the store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff members

Smaller Bath & Body store than other Malls. The store has a lot of employees, slow but good customer service. During the holidays, they have great in store sales. Different days, different sale items. Check the website and enjoy the deals. Black Friday was buy any 3 and get 3 free. Watch for the candle sales or the hand soap sale.

So, so, so glad they're still in the mall! All the great scents in lotion, body wash and much more. Helpful, friendly staff, a great retail experience.

The girls working there were extremely helpful. I mean they were awesome! I wish I had got their names to put in a good word for them.

One of my favorite bath and body works stores. Always a great selection and layout is easy to navigate. Usually not too busy so that is always nice.

Love that they have an Essential oils line of products now as well as bigger selection for men filled with great products. BBB employees are Always friendly, helpful & energetic!

The staff was super friendly & helpful...when I had to go back in to exchange something they were really helpful especially since I hadn't been able to find my receipt!
