I stopped in from out of town and was not disappointed. They have a unique coffee menu and I had no idea what to order. Sydney & Lily were incredibly friendly and recommended the Black Pearl latte & Blueberry Danish. Both were amazing! Definitely found my new coffee shop when in Spring, Texas!

Vibe- This is a cute cozy coffee shop! There’s some seating outside and a good amount of seating inside. In addition to the drinks on the menu, there are some pastries and bites to eat as well.

Customer service- Great!

Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and lavender + rose

Parking- there’s a good amount of parking in the lot

Was showed this place by my wife. Great coffee and breakfast tacos. Pastries are awesome. Very cool atmosphere. Became my writing spot very quick. Check em' out.

The Quiche, Blueberry Danish, Nutella layered Bar and Vietnamese has me Bananas. I'm undone and unwritten, these four were so heavenly. The atmosphere is kind. The staff are fast, efficient, capable knowledgeable about coffee and different methods to brew and serve speedily and with quality attention. It does seem like a family, with new customers always but also regular customers that gather and find a table to commune. It's sweet and for everyone. Every time I nestle in a corner with my laptop and coffee, I always see so much life around me..., people studying, older folks laughing, couples eating a glorious cheesecake, or a family giving macaroons to their kids with their wildly good strawberry smoothie. It's somewhere I enjoy a lot, as well as i've found it as a great space where more life is brewing out of it. The owner and staff also are very kind, attentive, very present, and involved and enjoy our community. I'm looking forward to the new location on gosling, to see all of the great things that will come out of this one as well. I'm grateful for Barbs. I'm also grateful for the other customers, and staff i've met here. One time I even moved from my solace, and got invited to sit with these two lads I never met, and we had a quality chat, time as we sipped on great coffee. Thank you guys for all your hard work, and all you are still doing, I SEE you!

Coffee is so much better here than those other commercial locations. The Greek iced coffee is so delicious and the Snickers frappe is to die for. Give Barbarossa a try, You won’t be disappointed!

Everything about my first visit to Barbarossa Coffee was exceptional. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was chill but vibrant, and the quality of the coffee and food was excellent. In all fairness, the prices were a little higher than expected, but there is real value in the product. I paid $6 for a Cuban Espresso (difficult to find in Houston) and $6 for a small 3” spinach quiche (presumably locally made). While here I got to talk coffee with one of the managers and see where they do their roasting. All in all it was a treat to take my afternoon coffee here and will likely be back to try the regular espresso or one of their many latte flavors.

I've been gone from the Spring area for a while, but am glad to see a new coffee business that's still thriving since opening during the pandemic. ☕

Ozzie the owner was attentive and charming. I will be back to try the other 6 plus latte flavors that aren't typical of a Starbucks.

I was driving by and saw this spot so I came in and got a honey lavender latte and an avocado toast. The coffee was good and the avocado toast was great. I’d come back just for that toast! The staff were very nice and patient.

I have found THE most charming and tasteful coffee shop in Tomball! I was blown away by how smooth and flavorful the espresso (Anchor Blend) is in their Honey and Milk latte! Every drink we ordered was an experience! I am grateful to have found this shop!

I was looking for a place close to where I am and found this lovely place. The service is superb! Valeria was very kind and friendly.
The food was amazing. I had Mocha and Caprese sandwich.
The environment is very cozy.
I will be back for sure and recommend you to come too.

Such a cool coffee shop. My sister in law insisted we come here because the logo looks like my husband. This place did not disappoint. The food and drinks were delicious. I ordered the pistachio latte with no honey. It usually comes with honey but I opted out because I don’t prefer my coffee drinks too sweet. The pistachio latte was delicious! We also ordered the blueberry scone, blueberry and cheese danish, and spinach and feta pastry. All were yummy. The staff is so sweet and generous. We will definitely come back to Barbarossa every time we visit the Houston area.

Please understand that they aren't playing around when you order a chocolate chip cookie. Warm, drizzled with extra chocolate... if you're having a bad day, this cookie might solve all your problems.

This place was amazing today. There were some noticeable changes that were really good since we were here last. The first thing you see when you walk in is an amazing display of desserts, sandwiches, cookies, cakes, etc. We were looking at the display, deciding what to try, and one of the owners behind the counter told us about two new cakes and if we wanted a sample. One was a coconut cake and another was a multilayer cake with honey. They were both amazing, but we choose the blueberry muffin and loaf. The coffee was perfect and the owner even made me a custom peach black iced tea with fresh mint leaves. I did get a chocolate croissant, lemon cake and cookie to go. Ate them at home and overall everything was amazing! Love the new changes, friendly staff, and quaint sitting area and we will definitely be back! Oh ya we got a kick out of all the people going thru the drive thru with their dogs and seeing the dogs eating their pup cups. Super cute.

I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee from here! Jess gave a great recommendation to try Chenex and she was so friendly to talk with me while making my coffee :) I’m particular about my coffee, so I was very impressed with her service all around!! Overall a really chill place!

From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly roasted beans and the welcoming atmosphere that permeates every corner of the establishment. Upon my recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Sidney, a barista whose passion for coffee is as infectious as it is inspiring. Sidney not only served up a delicious cup of joe but also took the time to guide me through the intricate process of brewing with a Chemex.

Went here with my wife to start our valentines day date. The Coffee was great both the cold brew and the hot coffees. The food was also good and make sure you try the blueberry cheesecake it was one of the best we've had. All this was overshadowed by the customer service the staff was really sweet and had great attitudes. We really enjoyed starting our morning here.

Absolutely impressed by this shop. You can tell they fully put effort into investing in their coffee knowledge to give you the best experience and best coffee. Spoke with the main man at the counter and he seemed to know more about coffee than anyone I’ve personally ever met. The shop has the best coffee shop ambiance as well. Much better than Starbucks in every way.

Me and my parents love the coffee here. It’s truly the best around! If you’re looking for an amazing cafe experience, this is the place. Never disappointed when I come here. The vibes are great and so is the service. The baristas are always kind and excited to serve. This is great place to hangout, work, or study!

I love going here to study and I can always count on Jessica for great and top notch service. You can definitely tell she knows her stuff. And she always makes sure everyone has been helped. 10/10 would def recommend.
