I LOVE Stanley Ford McGregor over other Ford dealerships! We had some repairs needed on our old Explorer and ended up taking it to Stanely due to lack of availability at other local Ford shops. They were respectful, very informative, didn't overly push up sales, etc. So recently, when we had some other routine aging maintenance needs, we decided to go with them. We had already been discussing trading in come August of this year, and debated going ahead and doing it now due to the age of the Explorer. Before my service appointment, I went and spoke with sales. Our sales person was not pushy at all, answered my questions, and only supplied additional information that was aligned with what we were asked for and he thought was relevant based on our circumstance. It was obvious he was experienced and knew his stuff. We ended up leaving the Explorer with them and walking away with a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Expedition instead. We had a great, efficient experience, and LOVE the new car! When it came time to finishing up paper work, they of course as part of their own job requirements had to walk us through warranty options. We've personally had VERY poor experience with Ford's extended warranty claim approval process and simply shut them down quickly and explained this. They were respectful and not pushy about it. They've followed up to check on us twice, but again no up-sale push, and very respectful.

All and all, we had a GREAT experience with them. They'll definitely be getting my service business from here on out, and I'd check with them first on inventory for the next car purchase.

No complaints the Finance/Paperwork was painless and everything was super quick and simple.

Many dealers nowadays advertise one thing on their Site(s) and try to get you to get something else when you get there for whatever reasons.

I’ve been looking for this exact vehicle for months. I bought a used 2019 Ram Power Wagon from these guys at Stanley Ford. I found it on their site after weeks of searching for the right truck. I am all the way in New Hampshire so this was not something I could see in person before buying. When I called, I spoke with Ricardo right away, informed him of what I was looking for and where I was from, then immediately knew this guy was the man I needed to speak to. I asked him for a few photos of the truck and instead he asked if I wanted to FaceTime video chat to do a full inspection of the truck before I buy a plane ticket all the way to Texas. It was perfect! I ended up buying a ticket down to arrive next day and ended up buying the truck. Everything was exactly as Ricardo has described. Welcomed with open arms and the paperwork process was super quick. Once completed, I made the 29 hour drive home without a single hiccup and Ricardo followed up with me once I got home to make sure everything went smoothly. In such a competitive business, one has to be absolutely on top of the game to stay in the race. Admittingly, I called a more local business just to save some miles and time. When I never got a human being to speak to me, I thought that I would give Stanley Ford a try. The operator got me to the right guy right away. Instead of an appointment, he told me to just come on over and they would take care of me. I went in the next morning to get a duplicate key made and programmed. 45 minutes later, I was on the way home with an extra key and a wallet that still had funds available! One hears of the exorbitant prices dealerships charge, but quite frankly, I was prepared to pay twice as much. Thank you so much! Yes, I'll be back!!!
