Wonderful customer service the food taste perfect and cooked the way u want it!!

Second Salt grass that we have ate at. We were seated promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of staff helping in different areas. Our waiter was great. Food came out hot and delicious. The carrot cake was so good. Believe this is our new favorite steakhouse.

enjoyed our lunch. I had the brisket burger, and my wife had the patty melt. Both were very flavorful and came out quick.service was great, no complaints. It's a little pricey but enjoyable. don't forget to try the fried mushrooms

This was my first time dining at this particular Saltgrass, I had my service dog with me and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! I could not wish for a better experience. Cudos the wait staff and cooks!

Aneisa, thanks for the great service. The food was superb. The steak and the salmon were cooked to perfection. That fried asparagus was delicious. Try it! I'd love to have the recipe for that carrot cake. 😉 It takes me back to when my mom would make cakes from scratch. I always leave there with a slice of that carrot cake, and I appreciate the size of the slice as well. Please keep that cake on the menu.

We finally came back to this location after our first experience was horrible. And let me tell you. Chris our waitress made the whole experience EXTREMELY AWESOME!! She made recommendations and did not disappoint!! Our steaks were cooked to perfection!! We will be back after today!! Completely changed my view on this place!! Keep up the EXCELLENT customer service Chris!!

Great service and the place is clean. The appetizers portion of the fried onions is perfect to share until your food is ready, you may want to ask for another sauce to go with it though. You also get free bread. My family wasn't a fan of the load potato soup. My husband took a bite, our oldest daughter, youngest daughter, and even our 10 month son took a bite and didn't really like it, so sorry a hole bowl of soup was wasted. Not sure how it would have been handled if we would have told them because my husband was just like its ok just leave it.I believe they would have replaced it or took it off the bill but you'd have to ask them yourself. Everything else was great!

Always a great experience. I have started not eating meat and this is the best place to go. Salad, dry baked potato, asparagus and grilled vegetables. Boom! The steaks are great but you don’t need to eat meat if you don’t want to.

Amber was our server, she was very attentive, pleasant, and personable. Her smile and laugh was very contagious. Although the food was just ok Amber's attitude and personality made up for it. THANK you for the wonderful service Amber!!! -The table with the mother and 3 daughters 💁🏽‍♀

A little Pricey but worth it. Go ahead and buy the VIP membership. Pays for itself the first time you get it plus many times over after it. The steak and atmosphere is the best around for the mid to high priced local Little Rock steaks. You don’t have to go to one of those stuffy overpriced steak houses to get a great steak!!

My friends recommended Saltgrass to me, it was everything I imagined and more. Ron, a Manger, stopped by my table to welcome me on my first visit. Kim was exceptional. She kept my drink full and recommended the Pecan bread pudding!!! Definitely have to try Saltgrass out!

I was greeted promptly and seated immediately. My server, Case, was very friendly and professional. I asked for him to suggest a great steak and he suggested the Cajun Ribeye. It was delicious. Case also made sure my drinks were refilled promptly. To top it off, he didn’t make me wait on my check. Great food, great service, 100% pleased.

This our 3rd time here and never had a bad expierence one time. Idk if it's people coming at bad times or what but the steaks are the best around and always been cooked to perfection. The picture posted is of their NY strip steak,(always this big as well when i order it) sweet potato fries, and green beans. Best service you can ask for. We've come at 1 pm, 3:30 and now 6 pm

Stopped in for a late lunch and I am glad I did. Outside and inside ambiance was blended and set the tone for a typical steakhouse meal. What I soon discovered is that I was having a great dining experience.

The wait was short for a table and the waitstaff was quick to attend. My server, Sandy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, even while waiting on multiple tables. A proud HSU graduate as well! Go Reddies!!

From the warm bread and honey butter that came first, and through the salad, main course, and dessert, I was treated to an excellent meal. The garlic butter on the steak was a nice touch. Everything was cooked perfectly, came out fresh, and left me with nothing but good things to review. If you are looking for a great meal, this is the place to visit.

Kudos to the management. The kitchen and waitstaff were smiling, and you could hear periodic laughter from tne back! Couple that with the awesome food and great music that played throughout and you have a successful restaurant of which to be proud.

We went for our anniversary. Our waitress, Gina was amazing. We had eaten here before so we knew the food would be excellent but we were both surprised at the level of service provided. All staff was friendly but Gina really went above our expectations.

Staff was friendly, and drinks were always full. Bread was good but not what I came for. Cheese fries although not my favorite were interesting. Instead of fries they were more like rosemary potatoes with cheese and bacon. Next appetizers were the artichoke dip and queso fresco, which we opted for the skillet versions. If you haven't had the queso fresco it's amazing. The braised brisket was delicious although I wish there was more of a portion. Artichoke spinach dip was also delicious, chunks of artichoke throughout and very good texture.

I knew before I arrived what my entree was going to be. Pat's ribeye, with bake potato and Mac and cheese. The ribeye was perfect and the mac and cheese was so good that I had to add it on as the extra side. Will definitely be going back again the next time I want a steak!

haven't been here in a really long time. and they did not disappoint. Lauren our attendant, was extremely helpful, offering suggestions, and even giving out just how they make those yummy Honey Siracha Brussel Sprouts! I could go on and on about the food.. but I'll just let you find out for yourself when you visit.

I had a great time. White cosmopolitan was amazing. Steak and burger delicious. Service was amazing, too.
